Right beside the airport!

Pros: Breakfast, Bed, New, Modern, Staff
Cons: Pillows! But you can always bring your own :)
Location: 5 minute drive to Walden Galleria Mall, Transit Road area with Target, Walmart, Kohl's (10 min drive)
I've stayed at this hotel twice now and enjoyed it each time! Spent 2 nights here with my mom for a girls getaway. The breakfast is included and pretty decent! The staff is always friendly and decided to try and check in a few hours early and we were able to! We enjoy this hotel everytime :)

Great location, nice and clean hotel.

Rooms should have proper curtains that don't let in light from outside at night. This is the only thing that I found lacking during my stay. Clean hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Friendly staff. Convenient location. Close to shopping and airport. Parking seems plenty but can get busy at night.

Easy to find, great staff. Our kids loved the salt water pool, and the breakfast. Will visit this hotel again.

Nice modern clean feel. Close to airport

Pros: New Modern.
Cons: Parking
Location: not much to eat near by. about a 10min drive to get something decent to eat.
I was in town for a work meeting. weather was awful but what can ask for from buffalo in February.

Very comfortable stay

We stayed overnight last minute due to a snow storm and were very pleasantly surprised. The young man helping us check in was very friendly and even gave me a list of good restaurants to choose from in the area when I asked him where he would suggest we get dinner. The room was very comfortable (average - nothing spectacular, but clean and comfy, good selection of channels on the TV :)) and then breakfast, while not made to order, was pretty good - scrambled eggs, sausages, strips of French toast and a waffle making station were added to the regular continental items. And even though we came down at 9 and breakfast ended at 10, they were replenishing everything regularly still. Then to top it off, the head housekeeper was coming around handing out little rubber duckies to the little ones including our son. He was thrilled! I also saw her bring another family gingerale because their daughter was sick. That's customer service! Overall very pleased.

Winter Emergency turned mini vacation

Pros: The pool was fantastic, the bed comfortable, staff was so polite and helpful.
Cons: Could use a mixture of firm and soft pillows to help support the head and neck
Location: Buffalo Airport, Buffalo, NY. Didn't go anywhere, was just trying to stay warm.
Furnace in home was not working and went to the Hampton Inn & Suites to stay warm. Okay, the indoor heated pool didn't hurt either. Staff was wonderful and very helpful, and the breakfast wasn't too bad either especially on such a cold weekend. Wish I were still there.

Good overnight hotel to catch an early flight

Pros: Location. Long term parking option. Friendly staff. Clean.
Cons: Beds. Decor is almost headache conducing.
Location: Right next to the Buffalo airport
Very handy to the airport. Excellent shuttle service. Nice staff. Bed was cheap and uncomfortable. Noise (TV) from adjacent rooms was loud. Decor is hideous.

Great hotel, great staff and very clean!

We stayed overnight prior to an early morning flight. The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. The hotel was clean and so very close to the airport. The free shuttle to the terminal was a bonus! Will definitely recommend and stay there in the future?

Need to improve the customer service

well when we first arrive into the airport we call the hotel receptionist she told us will be picked up 4 to 5 we came outside and waited for almost 20 to 25 minutes to be picked up in
