“Visited for a hockey game”

We went to Buffalo to attend a Sabres game. The hotel location was very convenient and the decor was very nice throughout. We were very pleased with the front desk employees' help in getting us to the arena as simply as possible. We took a short walk to Fountain Plaza and took the train. The Chocolate Bar served a wonderful early dinner and then we went back after the game for dessert! Our teen-age daughter & her friend wanted to enjoy the pool but missed the opportunity since the pool closed at 11 pm. (probably just as well). I can't think of a single complaint or criticism.

“Great hotel for family or simple everyone”

I had a one night stay in a Double Queen size bed room. The room is very clean, everything is provided, breakfast is included, gym is included, swimming pool is included. The only thing is they kind of charge you for everything in the room, so we didn't use anything. The parking is OK, because when we got there it was already around 10 pm, and it seems there were only 4 parking left. If you check in too late you might have trouble of parking. However, the overall experience is pretty good. I'd like to remmend this one to everyone who travels to Buffalo.

“Great Hotel!”

I thought the staff was very friendly the whole time. The room was beautiful and the bed very comfortable. We very much enjoyed that subway and The Chocolate bar is connected to the hotel made it easier for us to get to since it was a very windy night.

Just a one-night stay but our room was large, clean and comfortable. The hotel generally looked up to date.
