It was nice experience staying in Hamilton Inn .Posted Sep 3, 2014
Pros: I like gym, spa, swimming pool ,breakfast room etc..
Cons: I personally felt that someone always smoke next door getting inside the room
Location: We visited to Niagara falls and near by camp area its really a fun time experience to hang out with friends and family
The first day was not comfortable with room because it was kind of some one smoking inside. Then we complain about that they cleaned the room immediately. The breakfast service was awesome and workers were cool.

Good locationPosted Aug 19, 2014
Cons: See above.
Location: Louis Sullivan's Guaranty Building, at Church and Pearl: a masterpiece w/ fabulous detail inside and out. Don't miss the lobby!
We were there for only 1 night. A bit expensive: what happened to Hampton Inn being a superior hotel for a budget price? Hotel itself is fine: standard-issue HI. You might want a higher floor for quiet, as the hotel is a stone's throw from a hopping bar district. Our room on 5th floor looked onto a side street and it was fine. Easy walk around downtown. Not enough parking: I think we got the last spot, around the back, but staff was cool with cars being left anywhere, including in front of No Parking sign. Super security-conscious: you need your key card to access the 1st-floor restrooms near the pool, for example. 3 restaurants attached to the hotel: we tried Papaya, a "pan-Asian" place that doesn't know the difference between udon and buckwheat noodles, but was okay otherwise. Bedding is MUCH too hot unless you make the room really freezing. Breakfast was typical HI: not a lot of healthy options (artificially sweetened/colored fat-free yogurt doesn't count, sorry). Wish they'd ditch the environmentally hostile styrofoam plates etc. for something compostible and/or made from recycled materials. And offer EV charging! It makes SO much sense in a hotel parking lot.

Great experience!Posted Aug 11, 2014
Pros: The jacuzzi was very clean. I also like the complimentary first day of Wifi considering many hotels charge for this service.
Location: Salsarita's $4 margaritas and amazing shrimp tacos is accessible from the lobby.
My family and I stayed for the weekend. The purpose of the trip was to drop our elder son to Buffalo State College. The hotel was immaculate, the staff was amazing (our youngest became ill and they were extremely helpful) and the facilities were great.

Nice hotel, down town, goodPosted Jul 17, 2014
No where to park but one of the front desk ladies made parking space for me. A different Front desk lady should show and little bit more hospitality.

Great hotel in the CityPosted Jul 16, 2014
Great hotel, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. The only thing I disliked was the bed,was not comfortable, I'm a side sleeper, and I woke up with terrible shoulder pain. Next time I will request more pillows.

Great Hotel and LocationPosted Jul 12, 2014
Pros: Good location for Central Buffalo.
Location: Lots of local bars and restaurants nearby.
This hotel is ideal for downtown Buffalo as the theatre district is within easy walking distance as well as a few bars and clubs. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained with comfortable beds, free wifi and flat screen TV. The staff are very polite and helpful. There is a free buffet breakfast that is adequate and free car parking as well. It has good access to the highways if you want to go shopping at the malls. Overall a very good choice for downtown Buffalo.
