“Pleasant Stay”

Everything was excellent. My only complaint was no coffee avaliable in the lobby early in the morning.

“Best stay in buffalo”

We were very satisfied with the accomadations. The rooms were very inviting, neat and clean and aesthetically pleasing. We had 2 queen size beds, that were very comfortable. The hotelm lobby was very pretty and well maintained. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent and moderately priced. Anytime we'll be visiting our daughter at SUNY Buffalo, we will be staying at The Holiday Inn at Amherst.

“Perfect for family getaway.”

For the most part, everything was great! The pool was clean, our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We have 2 complaints. First one was, you could hear everyone around us take showers or flush the toliet. The pipes would rattle. And probably the biggest one was no elevator. It was difficult bringing luggage up and down the stairs and trying to get everything to our room. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the dinner connected was handy. We would go back but insist on a ground floor room.

The hotel was great! The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. The beds were big and really comfortable -- just what we needed after a long day of shopping. I would recommend this hotel for anyone and everyone -- central to shopping, easy highway access, a beautiful swimming pool for the family to enjoy!

Very nice hotel, lovely room and nice pool. This hotel is very close to shopping and dining. Easy to access from the highway. Great choice, highly recommended.

Great hotel for a family. Had clean indoor pool. Close to the falls and canada. All around great hotel and location.

“Very Impressed”

Stayed at the hotel for Valentines Day with my girlfriend. The hotel was perfect for what we needed. Centrally located, clean, friendly staff. Not that holiday inn is a bad name but I was very suprised and impressed with the hotel. Would definetely stay there again!

“Worth going to”

My only complaints are that you can hear when everyone around you takes a shower or flushes the toliet. You can also hear if anyone is out in the hall as well. The Hotel is great for families as it is quiet and the pool isn't over crowded. Would recomend Bob Evans for meals for both the price and the service is great! The Blvd Bar/Grill attached to the hotel is very slow, a little over priced and the orders kept getting mixed up. Nice family hotel.

“Only one issue”

The noise of the water running from adjacent rooms was a little loud. Otherwise, it was a nice place.

“Holiday Inn”

Drove for 7hours from NYC and fell asleep right away. Room service was really nice. Only issue is that i could hear the conversation of the next room from the bathroom. At least there aren't bed bugs like the motels nearby. I would be staying here again.
