Great hotel near out destination at a great price!

Was kinda worried about booking the hotel being so close to the airport, once we got to the room we were very please with the size of the room and cleanliness. The kids enjoyed watching the planes take off and land. The hotel staff was very helpful with everything.

one night stay

Pros: cleanliness ,odor free, and shuttle service
Cons: Breakfast food selection-more variety
Location: Hotel location is great, very close to the Buffalo Airport
Front desk and shuttle service was good. Room was clean and odor free. Although there are limited selections of food for breakfast, we were able to get breakfast to go since we had to catch an early flight and we couldnt wait for the 7:00 AM breakfast serving time. We appreciate that the front desk staff were very accomodating. Thanks.

In town for a wedding

Hotel shuttle to reception....great! Breakfast was good needed more seating, room was clean, sad the hot tub was not working

Pros: very friendly staff, willing to help out!
Location: we were there for Jr Nationals bowling tournament - so didnt get to do alot, but places to eat were close by and the shuttle service was a benefit
very nice experience - however we were only there 1 night

Holiday inn airport

Had reserved 2 beds on Expedia. Got there and only had 1 King. Needless to say since I am a light sleeper I had a restless night. Staff informed me would be extra for a suite. I had confirmed 2 beds with Expedia. Thank Goodness my traveling companion was my daughter. The telephone in the room did not work. We even checked both plugs. We had to use cell phones for wake up call. This hotel was more expensive than the Holiday Inn Express in Painted Post NY and was not near the quality we received in Painted Post. We added an extra night in Painted Post due to the wonderful staff and hotel conditions. Even evening snacks were provided! I would definitely recommend HI Express in Painted Post but not Buffalo Airport!

great rooms poor a/c

Location: it was very close to air port
the rooms we had were great other than the a/c in room 325 was so loud it kept us up all night.

Nice hotel

The indoor pool and spa hours were great and convenient. The breakfast was wonderful but would prefer waffles over pancakes

Pros: Being on the average against other hotels, not down.
Cons: Front desk service
Location: Niagara Falls are about 45 mins
Being this a peak season, you always pay higher prices (my case like 130 per night instead of 80). Hotel is within Holiday Inn standards, which I don't mean to say that they are High
