Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Hamburg

Very nice hotel - close to relatives that we were visiting, Very convenient.

The staff was friendly and knew a lot about the area.

Hotel staff is friendly and courteous and willing to assist in any way. Breakfast was served on time daily and all choices are hot and well prepared.

Everything inside the hotel was above and beyond our expectations. Outside, however, the side walks were not cleaned so we had to use the parking lot surface to get to our car. This was not a big deal for us to do. We will visit this hotel again, for sure.

Good service, clean comfortable room, great bed and bedding, towels clean one was a bit worn, breakfast good there was sufficient choice. All staff friendly and efficient. Good stay I would not hesitate to return.

Great location. Room was very clean and beds very comfortable. Check in and out was fast.

Great value for dollars. New. Clean, comfortable. They have a small pool which is fun for kids and a great continental breakfast.

everything was very nice but the beds felt comfortable when I went to bed and when I woke I felt very stiff . but I also have a bad back so that's part of it

We enjoyed our stay. The beds and pillows were amazing. It was clean and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was a good assortment but lacked in taste. Im not taking off points for the that. The coffe was wonderful.

Great overnight stay at this hotel! Was perfect distance from the Ralph Wilson stadium!
