football weekend

Pros: convenient location, free parking and breakfast,comfortable beds, fridge and microwave in our room. It was good value for 4 people
Cons: could use better flushing toilets, bathroom light switch is awkward behind door
Location: great location, close to all amenities
Hotel had easy access off the I-90 coming from the east. There are lots of great restaurants and pubs very close by(Buffalo Brew Pub and Grover's to name two) We picked up all our tailgating supplies at the nearby Walmart. Ralf Wilson stadium is easily reached within 25 minutes, probably less as there are several routes which can be taken to get there. We try and stay at this hotel whenever we come for a football weekend. It is good value when you consider we were 4 sharing a room and it included breakfast (bagels, muffins, brkfst sandwiches, waffles, cereals, juices and hot beverages) which is a great time saver if you want to get away early. We found the staff to be friendly and courteous. As this is a hotel close to the airport, it can be noisy at times, however by turning the fan on ,the white noise drowns this noise out.

Buffalo holiday

There was complimentary breakfast which was good, but few varieties. The hotel had a free airport shuttle which was surprising and excellent. The hotel staff were very helpful. The town does not have good transport system so will need to rely on driving to most places. Very good hotel.

If over a hundred dollars per night is an average room rate than the hotel was OK. There is no hot breakfast but they had frozen egg and sausage sandwiches that you could warm up in a microwave. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel is close to the airport and the university but it is on a very busy street.

We had a very comfortable stay and was close to all the amenities and would come back to same hotel again. We liked the location of the hotel and close to the various eateries also.

The commode wobbled, the seat was broken and I had to reach into the tank each time I flushed to seat the flapper. The elevator was broken which required several trips up and down the stairs to move our luggage in and out of the hotel. Other than that, our stay was perfect.

Nice hotel near airport

Pros: the hotel was near enough to the airport and the state university at Buffalo. It was clean enough and the king size bed was compfy.
I feel the room could have been cleaner, certain surfaces were dusty. the coffee maker the dresser the night table and the Ice bucket.

The facility itself was fine, if overpriced. However, the management doesn't care at all about the comfort of its customers. The walls are completely transparent to sound, so if you want some rest, find somewhere else to stay. The "guests" in the room next to me arrived at 2 AM and proceeded to make loud noise until 8 AM. Repeated calls to the front desk were met with promises and no results. Eventually, they promised a refund which they did not deliver on. Do not believe anything they tell you. Avoid.

Pros: room decoration was cozy
Cons: I would built the sink inside the bathroom
Location: the location was very comfortable, close to malls stores and resturant
room decoration was good but the sink was outside the bathroom which was a surprise for us.
