Holy mold

Bathroom smelled like wet towels mil on walls of bathroom could not use the shower went to tell front desk and showed them pictures I had taken but was told that the could do anything because I booked through Expedia

Pros: Close to a lot of dining and Walmart and Target nearby incase you need something. Receptionist was courteous. Breakfast was decent for continental.
Cons: Cleanliness in the bathroom. Corners and edges of floors looked caked with dirt. Bathtub faucet areas looked dirty. Strong disinfectant smell.
Location: Alot of varied dining nearby on Transit Rd. We ate at the La Toleca Mexican Restaurant. Great food but hit and miss with some of the staff.
Our room had a very strong, musty smell in the front of the room closer to the door area. It smelled very strong of pet stain cleaner...mixed with a bit of wet dog. I do appreciate that they allow pets because we use to travel with our dog also, when we still had him. But the smell was very strong and I think they should let people know ahead of time that pets may have occupied the room. Thankfully we couldn't smell it when in our beds. The bathroom didn't feel so clean and an old facecloth probrably from the previous occupant was left hanging on top of the shower curtain railing. Other than all of that, the receptionist seemed kind and it wasn't too loud eventhough we were right beside the parking lot. Breakfast was decent for being continental and they had the frozen Jimmy Dean breakfast biscuits that had a breakfast sausage patty, egg, and cheese inside it, that you microwave yourself. One of my sons loved that. The Inn was near a lot of different restaurants. So there is a lot of choices for dining nearby. So with all that...I would recommend this hotel only if the bathrooms were cleaner and no musty, strong odors.

Easy airport hotel with a good breakfast. Always pleased with this Chain. Hotel employees were all very nice and informative. We also utilized their extended stay parking for our trip and aireport shuttle service. Very easy and efficient. Hotel is located in a busy strip with lots of food options.

first time in buffalo

Pros: The bed was super comfortable. The room temperature was a little warm but, it was adjusted easily.
Cons: The staff acted as if it was a bother to help us.
The early morning staffer at the front desk wasn't very friendly. On every other aspect of the stay, it was over all good.

College visit

Pros: Location, Plenty of food/shopping around
Took nephew to visit College in Buffalo. Stayed over one night. Please is conveniently located off major road(Rte 90). Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. A lot of places right around to get food or go shopping. Would definitely recommend based on price as well.
