“Nice for a quick trip”

This hotel fit our need perfectly. We were in town just overnight and needed a place to sleep. We weren't going to be spending much time in the hotel itself and we were pleasantly surprised by the comfort and cleanliness. The only negative was that the serve a continental breakfast in the morning, but didn't seem to have enough space to accomidate everyone, nor did they have enough food.

“NICE ROOM AND GOOD LOCATION”

This hotel is very nice.I was afraid to book it cause the review was not good. When i arrive at the property looks nicer then i thought.I was able to walk to movie theater's restaurant's.I ask front desk for the shuttle they told me shuttle is only for the guest using park and fly package but they gave me free any way.Only thing i see was room size is smaller then bigger hotel's.This place good location clean comfortable beds good people at the desk. I will be beck and recommend to others as well. Nice place Good Location.

“Excellent value!”

We were concerned about staying a this hotel due to the negative reviews. We would not have stayed there because of the reviews, but it was the only hotel we could find for the dates we wanted, in that location & that allowed us to bring our dog. We were very pleasantly surprised. The room was small but it was clean and very comfortable. The bed, pillows and linens were excellent....as good as many much higher priced hotels we have stayed in. There are no extras like hair conditioner, body lotion, just some basic soap and shampoo. The breakfast was just bagles & muffins, coffee & juice. We did not expect more at the low price we paid. The only negative was the front desk staff were not particularily welcoming. Not rude, just no smile, appeared to be stressed. Once we were checked in we really didn't need anything from them so it was no big deal. We would certainly go back.

“Microtel treated me right”

After a 6 hour commute my friends and I were greeted by a friendly smile and great service. Since no one was in line, we checked into our two rooms in under 10 minutes. We were also given some insight on where to eat locally. The continental breakfast was opened as promised and the cereal and english muffin hit the spot on Saturday and Sunday. The room has a nice blackout curtain which was appreciated with time rolling back one hour. I slept fine on the queen bed. The room had a wall mirror behind the bed, one over the desk and in the bathroom if you needed to see if you looked good. I don't recall any excessive noise as it was the neighborhood was quiet. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone in the Buffalo area.
