Not bad, not greatPosted Mar 3, 2015
Pros: Nothing really stood out good or bad.
Cons: They could open for breakfast earlier. The bar was dead every night....you have to go somewhere else for socializing.
Location: Near a mall.
Everythinng is ok. Except, the A/C system sounds like an airliner has parked outside your front door, in the hallway. It seemed to get quieter over time...that or I just went a little deaf.

Cold in Buffalo but warm hotelPosted Feb 23, 2015
Pros: Conveniently location, near restaurants and the mall. Room is comfortable.
On Buffalo for business during minus zero temperatures. The Millennium was comfortable and WARM! Used the gym and many families enjoyed the pool.

Nice hotel. Close to shopping, eating and airport.Posted Feb 22, 2015
Pros: We had room with inside balcony that overlooked pool. We could relax and watch grandkids play in pool.
Cons: Needs new mattresses
Location: Galleria Mall
Was very clean and staff very pleasant. Beds could be more comfortable. Overall a great place to stay.

This hotel needs some renovations big timePosted Feb 21, 2015
Pros: pool, bar
Cons: Renovate rooms for starters, update televisions (add channels), please clean the tv remotes, update sauna, then gym. Add a hot-tub to pool area
Location: location is good if you want malls and stip malls around you (not very scenic), but easily accessible restaurants
Didn't have huge expectations for $80 a night (weekday). Probably a great hotel when it was new. Very cool pool area, the small sauna I doubt is up to code, the dingy benches look like they are about to break, I was worried I might get a sliver or slice my neck open on them (plus it doesn't get very hot and it looks like a cabana from 1975). Gym has treadmills+ that could be updated. The room however, another story. Old worn carpeting, a tear in the ugly chair, beds too soft, tv older, too small and not centered in the room (2 beds), the tv remote control was from the 80's and extremely dirty (gross), these rooms need serious renovations. This place looks abandoned, what a shame. Its one of the only hotels in the area with a nice pool area, gym, and sauna combonation. Good location near Galleria mall and lots of restaurants. The food (room service) was exceptionally bad, and the coffee was absolutely disgusting.

outside area questionablePosted Feb 20, 2015
Pros: The location to the interstate
I recently stayed overnight for a college visit for my daughter. I had read the reviews leading up to my stay. A prior customer had stated that the parking areas were poorly plowed and cleared for walking. Being it had just snowed and I was going to be there over a week later I figured that would be cleared by the time I arrived. I was mistaken, the main entrance had been plowed but walking still slippery and the side entrance where I had to park and go in and out was horrible. Cars still plowed in and banks that were almost knee high, and you had to try to get through. All available parking came with a complimentary snow bank you had to walk through. For a "RESORT" if felt there should of been some attempt to clean. Mentioned it to the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do since It was all privately contracted. I would recommend the hotel any time but winter if this is the way the grounds are kept.

Not a Superior Room!!Posted Feb 17, 2015
Stayed overnight for a family day getaway and was not impressed with this hotel at all. The only thing going for it is the close proximity to Galleria mall. I paid extra for a superior room (so I could only imagine what a regular room is like). The room was cold, very dated and there were girls laughing and talking very loud until very late the next morning. Was not impressed to say the least.

Hotel close to airportPosted Feb 16, 2015
This is our fourth stay at the millenium. It has a airport shuttle and is reasonably priced. Rooms are ok as you get what you pay for.

Buffalo HottelPosted Feb 9, 2015
Pros: Comfortable. Very reasonable price.
Would have iked better parking. Seems there werre MANY cars left in the parking lot tthat were snow covered. They were left in prime spots next to the building, I thought the owners were using this as a parrk and ride. Pehaps they should not have been in prime spots.

not happy with hotel and their servicePosted Feb 9, 2015
Pros: With this experience, I don't plan to stay at his hotel. It comes across as a very cold atmosphere. No ambiance.
Cons: You can read what's the problems above. That is what needs to be improved.
Location: I love to shop and Walden is close by
I stayed with this hotel a lot of times before. It was good. This time Not. The room has this buzzing noise (sounds like a running water at night) and that keeps you up. Also not enough pillows and the tub don't drain properly. No fridge and the parking lot is a big mess. If you tell the reception desk that you book through Expedia, they look and treat you like stranger. Also being Canadian and you need hotel receipt proving you stayed there for the border, they say they can't give you one. It appears to me,they give better hotel rooms through direct customers
