Stayed just one night, not much to say! I guess would be ok for I short stay, very convenient and close to Buffalo international airport... Transport to airPort for free is. a big plus!

Unsatisfactory stay this time around

Pros: It was a 5 minute drive to the Walden Galleria.
Cons: Staff members could be more helpful. Old bedsheets should be thrown out so that customers don't have to sleep on stained sheets and pillows.
Location: The hotel was close to Denny's, right across from the airport, and driving distance to the Walden Galleria, and other shopping centers such as Tops.
Upon walking into my room after checking in, I immediately smelled smoke (even though I booked a nonsmoking room). Every time the sink in the bathroom was used, it would leak a little, to the point where there was a huge puddle on the floor in the bathroom. I went to the front desk to complain about the smell of smoke every time I entered the room and the leak in the bathroom and they offered to switch my room. I packed up my stuff at 11pm and was moved to another room. Walking into the new room, I noticed the TV was on with a message of "no signal" displayed so I went back to the front desk. The worker came to my room to try to fix the tv, and was in there for 25 minutes. Eventually she got it on, but the 2 remotes she left in the room weren't working and didn't control the volume or power. The tv stayed on all night as even the button on the tv itself didn't work. I asked what was going to be done to compensate me for having to switch rooms and for being put in another room that didn't have a proper working tv or a fridge and she told me to speak to someone in the morning. There were stains on the pillow, and an old blood stain on the comforter. The next morning, upon check-out, I explained everything that had taken place the night before. The worker at the desk basically put the blame for the tv on the person working the night before and said I would have to contact someone else to complain, since I didn't book directly with the hotel. I felt like nobody wanted to help me.

very nice hotel

Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: The breakfast could use more of a variety with food items that are a little more flavourful
Location: there was a McDonalds in the same facility and the airport was steps away as well. The Walden Galleria was only a 12 minute drive too.
We only needed the hotel room for one night but I was very impressed with how clean the hotel was. I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the washroom. The washroom had an updated shower head and was very clean and free of mildew and water build up. The walls were a little thin and I could here the people staying in the room beside us. They were a little rude to be talking so loud at a late hour so I don't really know if that is something to be blamed on the hotel. Also, the complimentary breakfast that was offered in the morning was ok but just ok. I was hoping for more of a variety and ended up going the McDonalds located literally 20 steps from the hotel.

Pros: Location, close to the airport.
Cons: Room smelled.
The front desk staff was nice enough, but the positives ended there. Parking was a bit cramped and a few more spots would be nice. Inside the room the bathroom had a bad smell that stank up the room, the fact that the bathroom fan didn't work was probably why. You couldn't enter through the side door, only exit which made trips to the car long a tedious trek back through the front lobby. I am of Asian decent and they had a group of Chinese tour that ate in a different room, so during breakfast I was asked kind-of rudely whether or not I was part of that group and then asked for my room card and number as if I was lying. That was an unpleasant encounter that marred the whole experience.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback, we do have another parking lot that is available in the back of the hotel. Sorry for the confusing from the breakfast lady. We had a tour group from China and wanted to make sure that people don't get lost from the tour.

We travel a great deal. This hotel was the worst we have ever encountered. The room was disgusting and smelled like cat urine. Save your money and go elsewhere. Would not go back even if they offered a FREE room. Very disappointed! We found no quality in this Quality Inn!!!

Cons: More items in continental breakfast
Location: Good location, but not much to do, which is fine by me
Free internet service is a plus, specially when you do not have to give personal information such as e-mail address, phone #. Continental breafast, ok. Good coffe
