“Very handy for what we needed”
We needed hotel in the Hamburg Blasdell NY area and this filled the bill perfectly.
“Quality Inn Hamburg after Bills game”
Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Had no trouble giving us an early check in and a late check out the next morning. Gave detailed directions to shopping game and restaurants. Hotel offers a shuttle to and from Game! Lots of movie/sports channels free. Hotel food from bar was fantastic. Service there was outstanding as well. We will stay there again! Take care, Browns fans in Buffalo
“It's a good hotel with a reasonable price to stay”
The hotel was quite, clean with good facilities. The free breakfast was not with too many items, but they were enough for everyone. the bed was comfortable. It's a good hotel with a reasonable price to stay. We'll come again.
“all the extras were available except an indoor pool, room was smaller than expected”
area maps were all gone
We booked 2 rooms and paid for them both through Expedia with our credit card. However on returning to the UK the other party - my sister and her husband -found that the hotel had charged them again on their credit card. We had both registered our credit cards on check-in - as you do - for incidental charges - but they had not run up any additional bills. Sister now has to contac t the inn from the UK to get the matter resolved.
“If price is important.”
Had saved us a "smoking" room without asking if we wanted one. We are non-smokers. They quickly made a change for us.
“OK Hotel, totally non-smoking would be nice.”
The hotel is fine overall and the staff was pleasant. I wasn't too keen on the fact that they mix smoking rooms in adjacency to the non-smoking ones. We were on the 2nd floor and the first 10 or so rooms on the hallway were smoking which meant you had to deal with the smell everytime you made your way to your room. Once in the room it didn't become an issue.
“extra charge at check in.”
i was surprised to have been charged extra when checking in. i thought my credit card had been charged the full amount when i registered. i did not argue as it was late and was tired from trip.
“Housekeeping needs attention.”
The housekeeping staff needs to be more conscientious. When we checked in there was a dirty sock laying on the floor beside the bed. They did not thoroughly wipe the surfaces in the bathroom. They never swept the floor during our 3 day stay.
“No hot water”
Staff pleasant and acommodating. Staff also aware of problems guest experience with high volume tour groups. Unfortunately, you have to make adjsutments to your schedule to accomodate theirs. For example, hot water not available at peak morning hours around breakfast time. Also, attempted late night and only luke warm! Managemnet needs to listen to knowing staff and correct these deficiencies before my return!
