“Decent hotel”

Clean & pretty central to all shopping Boulevard Mall & Walden Galleria. I'm a Canadian who goes over 10-12 times a year shopping. Will stay there again ..the price is right

“Nice for the price”

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the Ramada, it is in a great location, the room was clean, bed comfy and staff friendly. the breakfast was nice. I'll return.

“Very convenient, good value for the money.”

Stayed here for a college visit to Amherst -- great location, and only a few minutes to the freeway. Service was great, excellent food at the restaurant, very good service here as well. Not far from Buffalo or Niagara Falls . . . great shopping close by. All in all, highly recommended.

“Not bad for business travellers”

Positives were the airport and local shuttle. The drivers were helpful and patient. The desk staff were polite. In addition, it was nice to have a decent continental breakfast each morning. The negatives were the lack of amenities in the bathroom (1 tiny bar of soap for 2 people!!!). I always travel with my own toiletries but my travel partner had to rush to the drug store. The carpets were also dirty but all in all for the price it's not too bad for a business traveller.

“Nice”

Very comfortable hotel for a Ramada. It was above what i had expected. I worked nearby so the location was great!

“good for people who would like to check out the university”

good if your a student. must sure you make a reservation for a shuttle. no shuttle ride at 0430 am to the airport.

“A notch above the group of area hotels”

Nice clean and comfortable rooms for the rate. Close to University and since this is considered a business complex it is a notch above the areas other local chains. Free cont. breakfast, however more is available if you choose which is a nice ammenity.
