Run downPosted Jul 24, 2014
We couldn't find a room anywhere else on short notice and were very apprehensive when we saw the conditions of the buildings but it was clear that housekeeping took pride in their work. We paid way more than it was worth, there were no amenities.

Newly renovated: Very comfortable beds, CleanPosted Jun 13, 2014 on Hotels.com
Overall, I'm very satisfied with my stay, especially considering the price compared to other places in the area. There have been significant and excellent renovations to what I believe is an older motel, including brand new furniture, carpet, and fantastic mattresses (more comfortable than most 3-star well-known names). Minor maintenance was needed to adjust the toilets so they don't take as long to fill after flushing, but they were quick to address that. There are some cosmetic things such as paint job on trim boards, caulking around the sink, etc. that show that the place is older, but those are just cosmetic. Both rooms were extremely clean, and the comfortable beds are a high priority to me for my back problems. Both of my rooms had fridge/freezer combinations, microwaves, and functioning air conditioners. There is not a continental breakfast, however. Considering the price and renovations, I recommend this as a high-end 2-star motel with 3-4 star comfortable beds.

Orchard Park NY close to Ralph Wilson StadiumPosted Oct 21, 2013
Pros: Close to stadium
Location: I would recommend staying her for an event at the Ralph Wilson stadium but there isn't much else in the area but McKinley mall is fairly close.
This hotel is close to Ralph Wilson Stadium close to the home of the Buffalo Bills football team. It is within walking distance (about 5 minutes) of the stadium which is good. It used to be not so clean but this time the stay was much cleaner, I believe they did some renovating over the last year.

Most expensive motel but the worst we've ever beenPosted Jul 28, 2013
Pros: I would like to stay away from the hotel.
Cons: At least the owner needs to know how a hotel runs. It's a hotel not a storage room.
Location: One hour away from niagara fall, twenty minutes driving from downtown buffalo.
We booked our hotel late since we were having an 11hours diving and we didn't know where we were gonna arrive at night. Then the nightmare began. The motel is owned by a family and apparently they are the motel. The room doesn't seem to be "cleaned" except the beds. Everything is disgusting, yellowish wallpaper, falling roof, and the restroom is so terrible that we don't even want to use. The wall is paper thin and my wife and I almost stayed up all night because of the insecure feelings that every seconds someone could easily smash into the room. We literally ran away from there in the early morning.
