“Pretty decent for the price”

The room is not bad for the price. You get two full beds, refridgerator, tv and a microwave. However, the rooms are small and the bathroom is literally closet size. However, the location is perfect. Not too far away from University at Buffalo, restaurants, Wegmans and across the street is Walmart. As well right next door is a go karting place. Convenient location!

“Decent accomodations for the price.”

Decent quality for the price. They are re-painting so its a sign they do care about their hotel. I appreciate that they have a microwaave and refrigerator in the room but the vending machines outside don't work. Overall, I would stay there again.

front desk (owner?) not very polite. room was just about what i expected for the rate. downspout right outside my room door poured all night as it was raining. absolutely NO HOT WATER for my morning shower...totally unacceptable contacted hotel and didn't give me any answers.

“You get what you pay for”

Yes it's cheap. But, be prepared to sleep in a bed that has a pillow with blood stains on it (yes, we saw them). The staff is rude. They have their kids with them (I have no problem with this) but when the child is talking to me like I'm a child it makes ones blood boil, especially after what we went through. We had our dogs with us, one of which is a Rottweiler, Maggie is a sweet tempered dog, but one of the cleaning ladys kid kept walking back and forth past our car trying to get a rise out of the dog. Pay a little extra and stay somewhere else, you'll thank me.

“Horrible. Its a rat hole”

Please do not waste your money. It is 100 times better to pitch a few extra dollars and go to one of those chains where the hotels are really neat and clean. It would cost you just $15 more per day. This hotel had torn blankets. The room was smelling. There was no room service or house keeping for 3 days in a row. That was our length of stay. Its a bad bad hotel.

owners at checkin seem to care less about the customer had kids at the desk filling in for them yelling at them !room was less than a 1 star felt uncomfortable with other renters cops came to nabors door at 5 am. i would never stay there again and would not recomend this inn unless you are a low life like most at this inn.one word NASTY!
