shopping weekendPosted Apr 27, 2015
Cons: Complimentary breakfast would be nice.
We would normally stay at one of the bigger hotels. We were very surprised at just how pleasant Red Roof was. Very clean, room very comfortable and reasonably priced. We will be staying there again in the future.

Thanks Red Roof :)Posted Apr 26, 2015
Thank you Red Roof and staff for a very good first experience staying with you!! I will definitely be returning!!! My room was very clean and the staff were all very helpful and friendly!! Stephanie rocks at the front desk!! She has a great personality and goes above and beyond to help!! The housekeeping staff were very attentive and willing to stop what they were doing to get me what I needed, so it was easy for me to do things for myself and be understanding when she expressed her fear of dogs. It was perfectly fine with me to do things for myself as to not make her uncomfortable or uneasy!! Thanks again Red Roof and staff!! I hope to visit you all again soon :)

Great spot for the price. The only issue I had was the ticking of the electric heater so I didn't get much sleep that night. Once they figure out how to fix that I'd give it a 5/5. If you're staying in the warmer months you'll be fine.

Okay for the pricePosted Apr 11, 2015
I stayed for two days in This hotel. I feel in this situation you get what you paid for. My room faced the highway and the only window was right in front of the walkway. So it was dark in the room the whole time. The sink was outside the tub area so when I was changing and my daughter was in the living area, I had to bring all my clothes into the small tub and toilet area. Someone didn't close my door completely after cleaning the room but, nothing was stolen. On the positive side, it was the cheapest, very close to Buffalo University and I slept ok. That's pretty much all I needed. If I was to stay longer I would consider other hotels.

Decent, but could be betterPosted Apr 6, 2015
The location is great, and the room was comfortable, but lacked just a bit on the cleanliness. For instance, the blanket on the bed had several long black hairs on it, so we asked to change, which was not a problem. The bathroom too could have been cleaner. Otherwise, the hotel was decent for the price paid, and free wifi and HD TV are good things for the money, which some more expensive hotels, especially in Canada, don't provide.

red roof hotelPosted Mar 29, 2015
Pros: Seemed fairly sound proof for sleeping,
Cons: The cleanliness.
The room was not very clean. We had to wash the mirror in the main area because it had something splashed all over it. The floor was not vacuumed very well either,

I wish there were more ice machines and signage of where they are.

Gets the job donePosted Mar 27, 2015
I was looking for a basic, clean, economical nothing-too-fancy place to sleep & shower plus a place that was close by a big name hotel where the convention was held. My needs were met.

It is a very good motel to stay at, the room was clean and the staff very friendly and close to shopping and restaurants and the price was right for a shopping week-end.
