Great! Got to experience the Monday through Thursday social time with wine, beer and food. The salad was delicious and saved us money by not having to go out for a meal.

good hotel

The room is big and clean. The location is good for shopping. The heater is too loud in the room and the breakfast area is a little bit too small. One of the staff even does not know if there is highchair.

We work very hard with our staff to provide the most clean, comfortable and relaxing stay for our guests. We believe that the hotel is the staff, meaning - they are the reason for successful stays and comments from our guests. If you have the opportunity, please contact me so I may get the room that you stayed in – I would like to have maintenance overhaul the heating system for that room (if they haven’t already). Regarding the breakfast area being small – this is certainly a struggle at times when the hotel is full – I assure you we will always do our best to alleviate this issue when it does happen. Regarding the high chairs – we have two (2) highchairs located in our breakfast area. I will certainly mention this at our next daily staff meeting – or as we at Residence Inn call it our “Daily Huddle”. Wonderful suite with a fair amount of room to move about. The kitchen was useful. The fireplace had a prepackaged firelog which was a nice touch! The breakfast was very good, the make your own waffles and the authentic bagels were yummy!

We were very pleased with our accommodations at this Residence Inn. The bed was very comfortable. The suite was well appointed. The area was quiet and close to the places we wanted to visit.

This was one of the best places I have stayed. We stayed in the penthouse and the accommodations were great. The rooms were very clean and the hotel personnel were exceptional. They were very friendly and they went out of their way to offer help or assistance. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and would satisfy any appetite.

We loved the Penthouse

We loved our stay at the Residence Inn Buffalo Amherst. Myself and my colleagues attended a conference and we had everything a person could need for the two days we stayed. Left a note for housekeeping and she was great in responding to the note. We just loved it and cannot wait to return .
