“Great hotel”

Front desk was amazing I forgot the guys name but he's truly an amazing person. Very helpful I came for a short business trip, checking in was easy and simple.

great all the way around. The only problem was the sheets were not changed before the bed was made up however the housekeeper was close by and I asked for them to be changed and she did promptly with no problem.

Clean friendly hotel with reasonable price. We stayed in a penthouse. Very spacious. Room even has a kitchen. Can easily sleep a family of four.

Overall experience was very good. Our stay was one week long and we had one day that the room wasn't touched by house keeping. It wasn't too big of a deal since we arrived at our room that night very late and just went straight to bed. Management of the hotel was made aware of this and we didn't have a problem for the remainder of the stay. Breakfasts were good if you are looking for something basic and quick. My biggest complaint would be that there is no assigned parking space for the rooms. To get parking near the room, we had to be there before 8:00pm otherwise we were parking out by the street and walking across the complex to get to the room. No house keeping on that one day and poor parking availability dropped my rating from 5 to 4.
