Staybridge Suites Buffalo-Airport

We stayed just before Memorial day so hotel was quiet, so do not know if this had a bearing on quality of service, but the staff could not have been more pleasant and more helpful. They really went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and stress free, even when we left an item of luggage behind which they promptly brought to the airport for us. Also the hotel was convenient for lots of shopping with all the Malls only a few hundred yards away.

Wonderful hotel with excellent amenities and staff. Really loved the basketball court! Good choice of restuarants within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again.

The Staybridge was beautiful and very accomodating. We had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was bountiful with good food. The pool and spa area was always clean and presentable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This was our 3rd experience with Staybridge Hotels and we were very pleased with everything. Thought the great breakfasts and evening meals were excellent and a thoughtful amenity. We also were pleased to see that Staybridge is on top of things for the safety of their guests...we witnessed maintenance supplying a "block" to stop anyone from entering our room. Television very recently had a report on how someone with a certain tool could enter your hotel room and help themselves, so to speak. Everyone associated with our stay were very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. We know we will book again when the occasion arises.

I have stayed in many hotels in the area usually twice a year for over 8 yrs. This by far is the best especially if you have a large family. The kitchen and separate living area really came in handy. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was not the usual cold dry mess. This will be our hotel for now on! Had a great time. And free laundry which was great cause we were soaked to the bone after the game! Thks

Very nice place to stay. Very good breakfast, Nice and helpful staff. WOuld recomend the hotel and would def go again. Can walk to some restraunts

This is a great place! Very clean and friendly. That said, the tissues and toilet paper are definitely "institutional". And the desk is either too high or the chair is too low to be even remotely considered ergonomic. But these are minor and I will be back there again!

Front desk staff was less than helpful. Other than that everything was great.
