Very Nice Hotel close to UB North campus.

Pros: Very nice new hotel with above average continental breakfast.
The front desk staff and breakfast room staff were very helpful and friendly. The work out room was small, but adequate for a smaller hotel. I had an efficiency suite and it was very nice with very nice dishes and cookware in addition to a two burner stove, micro wave and fridge.

Very nice facilities, awesome staff.

Pros: Nice setting amongst all the little shops and such in the same courtyard. Very friendly and accommodating staff.
Great time, family weekend getaway to take in the Museum and a Sabres game. From check-in to check-out, a very relaxing experience. We booked a studio suite for my wife and I, plus our 9 year old twins. Room was a little smaller than expected, but worked out fine as we didn't spend much time in the room other than sleeping. Beds were extremely comfortable, and bathroom was clean. Breakfast buffet was nice, and the kids liked the cookies in the lobby! Overall, very enjoyable.

Great hotel, especially for families

Hotel was lovely and clean. It was great to have the kitchen and separate bedroom. We enjoyed swimming in the pool everyday and the hotel was nice and close to all the shopping we wanted to check out. The breakfast was okay, there was lots of choices.

Pros: Comfortable. Clean. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Indoor heated pool & spa. Near Univ Buffalo north campus. Stores nearby.
Cons: Bathroom lights work via motion sensors. Can't control when turn go on. Problem if people still sleeping. Need light switch. We blocked w/towels.
Location: Next to Univ at Buffalo north campus. Northtown Center icerink. Albright-Knox Art Gallery. Frank Lloyd Wright Martin House. Buffalo zoo. Niagara Falls
My family of 5 stayed here during Christmas week in 2014. We had a 2 room suite which included a kitchen and sitting area (with a pullout sofa bed) in 1 room, and 2 beds in the other room (plus the bathroom). The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, pots/pans, dishes for 4, (no oven), plus a counter with 2 stools. There is a desk in the sitting area also. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. Our 2 room suite was fine for our family of 5 to sleep in but would have been too crowded if we needed to spend much time in the room. The hotel's common area (just off the lobby) was nicely decorated for the holidays. The breakfast (included in room rate) was good and included waffles, pastries, eggs, bacon/sausage, fruit, cereal, yogurt & drinks. The staff also had fresh baked cookies at the front desk in the evenings (I don't know if this is just a holiday thing, but it was a nice touch). The pool and spa are heated and indoors. My kids enjoyed both. The pool shower's tile was being repaired when we were there, so the pool shower was not operational. The outdoor fireplace & sitting area looked very nice, but it was too cold during our visit for us to use. Conveniently shares same parking lot with several small restaurants and a frozen yogurt shop. Grocery & other stores & restaurants within short drive. Dogs are allowed in the rooms (this might be an issue for those with allergies). Some hotel guests are long term residents (multiple weeks/months).

New and cosy hotel

We were wowed by the lovely lobby and friendly staff at first. The room was clean and beautiful. However I couldn't sleep till 4am in the morning. The heating went on and off every 2-3 minutes. We tried to adjust the panel but didn't work. Thank God that kids passed out after a whole day activity.

Everything was great until we tried to sleep. We were over the entrance door and all we heard all night were the doors opening and closing :(
