It appears the property owners have rented almost the entire property to social services to provide shelter to the unhorsed. I applaud the social service being provided, but severely resent being charged over $200 a night for a room with burn holes in the bedspread, dirty walls and carpet, bloodstains on the couch, and a severely leaky faucet. Not to mention the 2 hour long, loud discussion that took place next door at 2:00am - which probably involved alcohol.

Disgusting and creepy
We needed a place to stop overnight and it was the only place available that wasn’t $300 plus. I wish we would’ve paid more to stay somewhere nicer. There was garbage everywhere in the parking lot and in the hallways. The entire place smelled like marijuana and cigarettes. There was literally graffiti on the walls of our room. We arrived late so the office was locked and there was a note in the window to use the courtesy phone to call. The phone was broken and they did not answer when we called on our cell phone. Overall, it was not a great place to stay. On a positive note, the bed was very comfortable and we slept pretty well, all thing considered.

Total sh1t hole. We were lucky. At check-in the manager told us he was putting us in the Quality Inn next door for our two day stay. Our friends were not so lucky. They got put in a room around the back of the hotel and it was full of social security residents. We went back for coffee one night and the whole corridor stank like a crack house. There was fighting in the rooms at night and constant banging like furniture being thrown around.There were bags of garbage outside each room, wack bag having been ripped open. Our friends came out of their room one morning to find garbage spread all down the stairs and one resident passed out by the entrance. Each time we drove passed the hotel there were crack heads hanging around the entrance. Absolutely the worst hotel we (Nearly) stayed in over 20 years of travelling around the US

Bathroom and hallways reeked of cigarette smoke. Property is dilapidated and run down and they don't repair anything. My room was right next to a broken exit door so every time some one went in or out all night it banged loudly. My door was sticking very badly and the only way to close it was to slam it and disturb other guests. There had been a leak, or many, from the bathtub in the room above mine, but the ceiling had never been repaired.

Worst l Super 8 that ever existed
This is the most disgusting Hotel I've ever stayed in my life for the most horrible service the most horrible general manager it is f****** gross there are bugs there are mold there is a broken toilet seat that broken remote they wouldn't give us towels and they wouldn't give a sheets you walked on the floor and your feet were black they would not service my room when I asked them four times to freaking do it no new towels no nothing they would not vacuum they are horrible we are filing a grievance do not ever stay in this hotel unless you like to be bitten by bugs and roaches and f****** lice and mold

The only thing I liked about this hotel was the area around it. But the hotel was so old, looks that they haven't remodel or maintain since it was built. I will definitely not want to stay in that hotel chains again and will definitely not recommend any one to do it. Travelocity should check and stop listing these hotels that are in very bad conditions

I booked two rooms. The one was much better than I expected. Beds, bathroom and room was as clean as could be expected. Room had a slight odor but nothing that I didn't get used to in a couple of minutes. If it was bad, I would have definitely said something. Other room bathroom was a little dirty and there was a hole in of the sheets but all that said, very fair for the money and staff was very professional.

We did not stay and checked out right away. The toilet and floors were unclean. It looked like nobody cleaned the room. How much more the bed. The doors are hard to open. We forgot to take pictures because we were tired and disappointed. It was room 222. The manager on duty is not good in talking with customers. When we came in, he asked for my driver's license and started to photocopy it. I was surprised why he was taking a photocopy,. When I asked him, he just said "We need". "Don't worry". Of course we were worried. My driver's license has my personal info. I told him you did not explain it and asked him you will give the photocopy to me. I also said we've been to different hotels but this was the first time my driver's license was photocopied in a hotel. The manager offered another room and said he will take us to the room. We did not feel comfortable anymore. Why give us unclean room in the first place. He should have checked the room before giving it to customers. Travellers are tired and just want to rest. I booked in this hotel because somebody was answering the reviews so well. So I decided to try to stay overnight in this hotel after visiting Niagara Falls. We want to see and drive around Buffalo the next day. However, we just decided to check out and drive back to Pennsylvania. Why hotels.com has this nonrefundable policy 24 hours before the check in? We have to see the place first. It's unfair. This policy only protects the hotel and not the customers.

Very soft in new condition towels and linens, comfortable bed. Carpets were torn up folding over creating a stumbling hazard, the metal doors were painted so many times they would stick to the jamb. An obnoxious odor thru the whole building, staff had very broken english making it hard to understand them, everything outside was completely overgrown the weeds were taller than the dead shrubbery. There were no 2 pieces of furniture that matched in my room, there was only 4 hangers for clothes. I guess you get what you pay for. In 3 words dirty, smelly, overgrown

we immediately addressed the guest's issue & show her 3-4 rooms so that she may move to another room as per her choice. She goes to all rooms but finally decides to check out. we did not charge any amount to the guest.

I do not recommend this hotel
We checked in for a business trip- the small lobby area was very dark and had a very strange odor to it. After checking in, we were notified there was no elevator (I recently had a foot injury and have difficulty with stairs at the moment) and our room was on the second floor. It appeared there was no one staying at the hotel (no cars in the parking lot) and were told we could move to the first floor but not have the same type of room we requested. We requested a the type of room of we had for a reason and were not able to change the room type. When we got to the room, the floor had not been vacuumed, plastic cut zip ties were all over the floor, dirt from shoes was visible also. The toilet looked like it had not been used in a very long time (water stained). It was difficult to be comfortable in the room because we did not want to take our shoes off and nor did we want to get under the covers in the bed. In the morning when we went down for breakfast and the smell of the food area (which was also very dark because it was close to the very small lobby) was a very odd and unusual smell. For breakfast there were 4 yogurts, 4 pieces of bread and cereal in the turn style containers along with pitchers of milk. (not sure how long that had been sitting there). We opted to gather our belongings and check out at that point (we were scheduled for two nights but could bear another night in this hotel.

The front desk attendant was very friendly. He asked if there was anything we needed when we arrived. We stayed two nights. He gave us a wake up call each morning. He ensured that we had breakfast ready in the lounge in the mornings. The rooms were very quiet. They were clean and comfortable. Definitely worth the price. Inside the room you wouldn't be able to tell the difference from a Hampton in which was almost 3 times more in cost.

The hotel is very run down and dirty. Our toilet looked like it hadn’t been deep cleaned in months. I guess you get what you pay for.
