Not that good experience at super 8. I never go there with family in future. Terrible bad smell in the room. Bedsheets looks ugly.

Old and run down, but the room was fine.

Pros: Friendly staff. Comfortable (though dated) room. Good shower. Free breakfast.
Cons: The whole place could use some basic repairs and maintenance, especially the hallways and entryways.
I needed a place that would take 2 big dogs. They charge me extra for the dogs (which was not mentioned on Expedia), but that's fine - I would charge extra too. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The building is pretty shabby. The outside doors stick and the hallways have peeling paint and dirty carpets. The room is pretty dated and one of the lamps was sort of comically falling apart. But the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the shower was great, free breakfast... it worked out perfectly for me. If you're just looking for a reasonable place to stay that will take pets, I can easily recommend this place. If you're looking for a modern hotel, you should go somewhere else.

Good Location.

Cons: Could use more then 3 pillows on a king size bed.
The room was good size and it was kept clean. One road took us straight into downtown Buffalo. Plenty of places close by to eat

Nice hotel, very convenient to areas of interest

I received a very courteous reception and given all the needed information regarding the hotel and its accommodations. I was very impressed with the staff and it was warm in the hotel. It was in the low 20's and we had just experienced a winter storm. All was as I had hoped it would be. Good trip.

The manager that was on duty was wonderful. I wanted decaf coffee for breakfast. There was only cold coffee in the carafe, most people do not want decaf. He made me fresh right away, kept the breakfast bar filled and very clean. He did not make you feel as if you were putting him out. The room was clean and the bathtub had a working drain, more than I can say for other motels. The restaurant that we used was in the Marriot, the sister motel and right in front of ours. That was not great. Food was not very good. Non of it was prepared there as far as could see, all frozen. The prices were not cheap for the quality. Our waitress kept making decisions for me which I did not like. She substituted Merlot for Pinor Noir without checking with me first and made another similar decision during out meal. There are not many restaurants in the area so it would have been nice to sit down to a good meal. Anyway, all and all the stay was fine and they let you have dogs in the room for a $10 fee.

Avoid this place! Not worth the hassle!

Got in late, only to find that the key didn't work. That problem solved, I was greeted by a freezing cold room. I turned the heat all the way up and the loud, laboring heater barely warmed up the room by morning. There were no blankets on the bed, just a sheet and a thicker sheet, plus a thin decorative cover. Needless to say, it was hard to sleep in the cold and with all the noise from the heater. Hallways reeked of smoke and carpet, wallpaper, etc. very outdated. In the morning, I got up for breakfast and it was completely packed up well before the posted closing time of 9:30am. I asked about this at the front desk and they just laughed at me. Bad, all the way around. Stay next door, not here!
