“Good value”

Simple, clean and good value with lots of amenities to make stay comfortable. Great brew house restaurant around the corner and overall very convenient location.

“Great budget airport hotel”

After reading some negative reviews about this hotel, I was a little worried actually. It turned out to be quite nice for the budget price. The room is smell-free and very clean, the bed is very comfortable. Even though the carpet is a little old, but there is no smell and very clean. The room size and bathroom size are good. It has everything you need, in-room safe, wi-fi, iron and iron board. The bed linen and towels are not top quality, but I am fine with that as long as they are clean. Close to airport and the neighborhood looks safe to me. When enter hotel address to GPS, make sure you enter "Buffalo" as city first if your GPS can't find the address. The receptionist was kind enough to open the room door for me because I was having difficulty with it. I need to push room hard enough to open.

“Not impressed at all”

I would not recommend this hotel to others. The bathroom was very small and the toilet did'nt flush half the time. Others may have had the same problem because there was a toilet plunger in the hallway on our floor. The windows in our rooms were unlocked when we returned from an outing, which was a security issue, and the beds were not comfortable at all. The complimentary breakfast was ok, but the coffee and juice were awful!!!!

WE FOUND THE ROOMS CLEAN AND THE BREAKFAST WAS FINE. IT'S LOCATION MAKES IT GOOD FOR SHOPPING AND FOR DINNING.

“Great if love shopping!”

I would definitely stay here again. Great location if you love to shop. When we arrived we were given a room on the 2nd floor. When I asked for a 1st floor room, we upgraded. to a king room on the 1st floor at no charge. Breakfasts were fine and there lots of restaurants in the area. Both my husband I enjoyed our stay.

“Not a 5 star but not horrible”

For the price, Super 8 is worth it. It's definately not not the Ritz, the rooms are out dated and a bit tired. The hotel is under a flight path to Buffalo Intl Airport so it is a little noisey. The complementry breakfast is limited and the wifi is hit and miss. But all and all you can't expect all that much at such a low booking rate. IMO it was worth the price for what we got; actually I was pleasantly surprised because I was really expecting a lot worse. The bed was comfy, the TV worked, the AC worked and there was shopping right across the street. Management seems to be upgrading the place a bit; stucco exterior looks pretty new and there was evidence of new carpets in the rooms and hallways. If you're looking for value and do not need to stay at the Ritz, this is the place.
