the property is on the flight path for the airport

If you want to sleep this is not a good choice as the property is located on the flight path for the airport. The flights are continuous all night.

My husband and I stayed here for one night. The room was fine, not dirty/not really clean, clean sheets/towels, basic amenities, continental breakfast downstairs, etc. It's easy to get to and close to many restaurants and stores. The biggest issue was that they booked a rock cover band in the bar below our room that didn't go on until 10:30p. They played until 1:30a, making it impossible to sleep. It's fine for the money but I would not book a room anywhere near their lounge if you can avoid it.

The hotel itself is nice enough...clean...no complaints.. The on-site Yellow Jaguar bar and night club was a lot of fun...live band was awesome.. Right next door to the Buffalo Brewhouse which we highly recommend... And shopping...everything you could possible google is in this area... If you are there for shopping..eating and drinking this place is perfect..if you are there for a fancy hotel you might want to look elsewhere... But again..decent accommodations..awesome location...

Pros: Location
Cons: Price, and perhaps some recognition as a returning guest.
Location: Situated in a good location for shopping and entertainment, all an easy walk.
The reason I stay at this hotel is all about the location. The price is a bit higher than some other hotels in the area that are newer and show a better on the usual web sites, however it is exactly where I want to be in this area and I find the facilities here improve with every visit. The breakfast starts early enough but ends to early for me.

Pros: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!!!
Cons: EVERYTHING. From updating the rooms to management
Location: was close to shopping and TGIF
We were not aware the hotel was attached to a bar that had full access to our hotel. The rooms were small and outdated. We were woken up both nights due to people fighting/arguing in the hallways. We were told we couldn't cancel our second night because we had booked thru expedia only to find out sat that they thought we had left (which apparently lots of people do without handing in keys) and thank god we were in our room as they had given someone else excess to our room. They said we had only booked 1 night than found the error. The room stunk. The hotel clerk would not give a receipt claiming they couldn't because we had booked thru expedia. Parking was inadequate. Bed was very uncomfortable. No locks on outside doors allowing anyone and everyone access to the motel. This place was given 3.3 out of 5 stars it shouldn't even have a star!!!

Decent place for decent price.

Pros: Clean rooms for the price.
Cons: Breakfast could use some protein and some better coffee, the coffee was very weak.
Location: Near the Buffalo airport, and the Buffalo pub is just around the corner (good tap selection if you like variety in your beer).
I have stayed at worse more expensive places, it is not a 5 star place. The room was clean, the general maintenance was average, you could tell that the room I stayed in has recently had a bathroom makeover. The check in / out was effective (although not a lot of smiles), the shuttle was on time. The continental breakfast was a bit light even for a continental, the coffee was weak. Overall, I got what I paid for and I would stay again.

This hotel is OK, it is reasonably clean, the air conditioner shut off several times during the night making the room stuffy and uncomfortable The free breakfast is basic and the coffee was good. The newspaper for free is nice. Bed clean and comfortable. Front desk service was slow and not very welcoming. But overall a good experience.
