room was small beds itchy but no bed bugs

Ok. could have been a little better but we got through the night and checked out ,no extra cost

Excellent by 2 star standards

Pros: Clean, shuttle service, friendly staff, fridge and microwave in the room, secure parking & good pricing.
Cons: No elevator, no full length mirror in the room,
The place was easy to find and nice. Since the place is a 2 star its only fair to judge it by that standard. The room was super clean and I slept like a baby. The parking was a great rate too. They offer a shuttle to the airport as well. The check in guy is a bit slow with checking you in but I didnt particularly mind.

bad experience

Cons: please fix the reservation well with this hotel so the guests won't be questioned. we just need a place to sleep and rest, not to be humiliated by her
Location: very far from Niagara falls.
the woman at the front desk, I think amy was her name, was verrrry rude. she was the worst!!! why do we have to be questioned by this woman when everything was taken cared of by expedia? pls. fix this prob.

This is a decent motel for the price, with the airport transfer , complimentary breakfast and wi fi.

The entrance door was stuck and it was hard to open or close. All facilities were old.

Overnight stay

Pros: the clean room, and the friendliness of the staff
Cons: Install an automatic door opener at the front door.
Location: Missed to have something to do with the extra time, I had. It was not to much to see in the near by area.
Stayed only overnight, but it was a pleasant stay. The staff was pleasant, and helpful. Nice clean room. The only thing I missed, was a help with my suitcases, when I arrived. The door did not stay open, when you carted in the cases, and it was difficult to get through.
