Pros: The private beach that's it.
Cons: The staff there
Asked for extra towels , once they arrived the staff wanted the dirty towels right away literally was waiting at the door for the dirty towels. Asked for extra blanket didn't have any for the whole weekend. The staff there was not friendly I felt more like rushed I was very in happy there will not go there anymore.

The rooms were fine and the casino was full service. Do not miss the buffet! Crab legs were delicious and decadent deserts for days! When we stayed there were tons of kids which made for a noisy murky pool scean. Securty tries hard to contorol unruly obnoxious kids because the parents don't seem to be paying attention. I'm sure this is only a problem on Saturdays in July.

Pros: It had the beach area, a great big pool, a jacuzzi and a kids activity center.
Cons: Better customer service in the Food Court.
Location: Just being at the hotel was great so much to do there.
Great Hotel to stay at with your whole family! So many activities and things to do at the hotel there is no reason to leave, besides to go shopping. Will go back there again!

Horrible stay!! We booked this hotel online for a total of $536 for 2 nights. I had the confirmation saying that we have a Deluxe room with a River View. So we get there at 11pm and get up to our room. There was no river view. I called the front desk and told them. The manager Joy got on the phone and told me she will call me back in a few minutes. We hang up and waited about a hour. At this point my 2 yr old was overly tired and I wasn't sure if they were going to move us. After a hr and 20 mins I called back down. Joy got on the phone and completely acted like she didn't know was I was talking about. I told her I was waiting for a call back and said 'about what?' I AGAIN explained to her that we are paying for a river view room. She said there was nothing she could do for us because we had booked it that same day and that is all they had. I told that it was fine, but I didn't want to pay for a view that we do not have. Her exact response was " Well you booked online, maybe if you would have called like everyone else does you wouldn't have that problem!" I about lost it and asked for her manager. She told me to call back the next morning and that she doesn't know what we want her to do for us. After that conversation we find a huge leak in the floor. The next morning my husband went down to the front desk and again was told that they will not do anything for us. I didn't want anything for free, but I did not want to pay for a view we didn't have. I've been to big and nice casino resort hotel and everytime i would ask for a late check out they will grant it even just for an hour. But the front staff at Avi hotel rejected my request even if i told her that i drove 4 1/2 hrs. going there and i was even willing to spend more in the casino. The staff named Jackie should've have been flexible enough to do this. Now they lose 1 client and even more because i am not recommending this hotel to any of my friends. I am so disappointed with their treatment to customers.

Cons: Add refrigerators to every room and better maintain the ice makers.
This is the place for kids and water sports. They have a real beach with bar by the pool and restraint by the beach. Our kid loved the kids club and we loved have some time to ourselves. The staff was always willing to help. I have to say the bellman service is the best I have ever had. This was our second trip and are already planning to stay again next year.

Pros: Cleanliness, staff.
Cons: Ice machines.
Excellent staff and very clean. One employee approached us on the beach and asked us if our neighbor's music was bothering us which I thought was extrememly considerate. Very family friendly atmosphere. Only downside was the ice machines on every floor were broken so ice was not available. Overall a very good experience and we will be visiting again.
