Great value for business or pleasure

Posted Mar 31, 2015
Pros: Newly remodeled rooms are nice and clean. Bed is comfortable.
Cons: Casino decoration still looks a little out of date.
I frequently go to Laughing for business and I have tried most of the local establishments. Harrah's offers the best value and better restaurants.

Not honoring requested reservation

Pros: Buffet food OK
Location: The location is not close to the main casino row and is not close enough to walk.
Requested king smoking and advised not available. Requested Delux room and found nothing delux about it.

Pros: The nice thing about this hotel is that it has a beach. Although the water was too cold to swim it was nice to sit and relax by the river.
Cons: The rooms could use some renovation
Location: The bad thing about this hotel is that it is far from the others and there is no river walkway. You have to drive or take the river taxi.
The overall experience was good, considering there is not really much to do at Laughlin

It's nice

Posted Mar 28, 2015
It's a pretty nice, clean and comfortable hotel. I went for my mother's 60th birthday. The hotel and city is pretty laid back. We ended driving to Vegas for some excitement. Not thrilled that they charge you for wi-fi

booking problems

Posted Mar 27, 2015
Pros: rooms easy to access
Cons: free internet or reasonably priced would be great
Location: its away from downtown but easy to walk to
Day of our book in we arrived early, so I booked our room I knew we wouldn't get our room till the afternoon. When we went to get the room key the clerk said she couldn't find the first booking, so she went through it again, which I thought was strange because when entered it should be their. We got our room which didn't have the king size bed we were to get, we got single beds, wife and I had to sleep in opposite beds as two people couldn't fit in one bed. The tub wouldn't drain the clock wouldn't work, left a note for the maid it was all fixed when we came back, at least she got things right. Thank You Don

BUFFET

Posted Mar 25, 2015
Pros: We enjoyed our suite on the 19th floor. We celebrated our 50th anniversary there,
Cons: Parking...long way to walk to your car.
We especially liked the breakfast buffet. Was best we have seen even in Vegas. A lot of variety and tasty.
