The rooms were outdated and had no amenities. No fridge no coffee. No bed spread on the bed. There was a high pitched noise that kept us up all night!

My wife and I work out daily. When we went to get the permission slip to work out at Harrah's we were told Harrah's was booked up so we could not work out Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Since they advertise that they use Harrah's fitness facilities they should let patrons know that Harrah's is not always available.

Property is rather outdated compared to the other hotels I’ve stayed at on the Laughlin strip. The WiFi was atrocious. Checked in on Monday and immediately had a small issue with the television. Front Desk called for Engineeting to assist. 45 minutes later, I got the TV working and cancelled the call for assis. 30 minutes later, Engineering shows up at my door. The call hadn’t been cancelled. I decided that I’d designate Wednesday as a “rest” day. Dang TV stopped working hotel-wide in the wee hours on Wednesday and when we checked out on Thursday, it still wasn’t working.

House keeping could pay a little more attention to detail. Pillow cases were inside out. Bottom sheet was not right. Toilet way to low. Door to refrigerator was sticky. Looks like someone tried to clean the door with acetone. The vinyl coating is sticky.

When they built the place, they didn’t do very well on planning where to put the pool. You only had four hours of sun.

It has happened several times when booking through Expedia that we seem to be getting punished for using Expedia instead of booking directly, by placing us in the furthest room from the elevator. Too often of an occurrence for it to be a coincidence.

Check in rep had a horrible attitude along with the other rep that was at the front desk no greeting at all as if they were upset and dislike their job check out rep was nice greeted me with good morning that goes a long ways when you start your morning the only thing I disliked she was to fast did not explain anything on the receipt she said what was your room number would you like a receipt thank you your all set thanks like ok slow down girl what if I have questions……

They call it RESORT, it has only swimming pool,other you need to go to Harrahs, so next time I book Harrahs and not to have this hasle, FOOD is bad,I don't know what happend to this property,they got rid off the train what a pity management lost control

Pool area was nice however rules about food and alcohol were not enforced! Hours for. Access to dining facilities were poor! Food in cafe not great! No entertainment in lounge on weekdays! This property has gone downhill since my previous stays!

Nice staff, but room was shabby. Chair was severely stained. Other chair had visible dirt that could have easily been cleaned. Heater smelled like cigarette smoke. General cleanliness was icky, but at least the bed was comfortable and clean. Room phone was broken. Iron was broken.

The casino and gambling games were great. The customer service was good and very friendly and helpful. But my room’s shower door came loose and I couldn’t take a shower in the last night of sleep. I waited all day for maintenance worker to fix the problem. But they never came and I keep calling the front desk again and again. So, that the reason why I give them 3 of 5 stars.

In our room our mattress was terrible, we could feel and hear the springs, the mattress was the worst we have ever slept on. When we checked out I mentioned to the receptionist at the front desk how bad the mattress was, she wrote a note, not sure if anything will be done about it, the only thing we can do is not stay at the Tropicana again.

Property needs maintenance. Only one out of three garage elevators was working. Dresser in room had some sort of drink spilled down the front and sides. No refrigerator in room. I guess at the room rate you can’t expect too much. Casino floor smokier than the other casinos around. There ventilation must not be adequate to keep up.

The rooms are very old and dated. The bathroom sink leaked from the bottom. The ceiling had mold. The door locks had a hard time recognizing the key cards.
