Breakfast items were old and dried out. Cheese, salads and ham from the day before that just looked so sad all shriveled up. Other than that pretty good hotel.

Choose the next hotel
No front desk and if there is It’s not visible Lack of employees The ones that do work especially in banquets or conventions act like the coffee/ tea police ( woman with short hair and yellow jacket) If they could they would send you to a concentration camp for sitting in the wrong spot of the hotel yet they have no visible signage. Plus a saw a mouse

They building is under construction. May tool's and equipment are left on the way. The toilets have shower curtains which was very smelly and dirty. The beds were great and comfortable.

An old hotel which has been modernized in the main areas. Very nicely done. However the guest rooms are still ‘old’. We visited for 3 nights in summer and all the guest rooms were stifling hot (we were offered to change room, but it was just as hot). We had to try to sleep with the window open. Explanation was that the whole hotel has one air conditioning system. Bathroom had a vent but no fan, so all the warm, steamy air would escape into the bedroom. Our bathroom sink was completely clogged and did not drain at all, something you would think the cleaning crew would have noticed…? Fantastic breakfast, and extremely nice and helpful staff!

The service was super friendly, but the room was a distance away from the reception (The only entrance to the hotel ) which was a bit of a surprise given how empty the hotel was. Just meant a little more exercise log in the bags back-and-forth to the Room

Nice hotel close to Utrecht
Nice hotel, much closer to Utrecht than one might think. My only complaint was that the room was too warm and we were unable to make it cooler.

Conviently located close to the A12 express way modern hotel with bar and restaurant. Family room was spacious but the bathroom is somewhat too small compared to the rest of the room

Good price/quality stay close to Utrecht NL
Very good price quality (mainly business) hotel in Bunnik, a taxi ride away from beautiful Utrecht NL. Rooms are nice and spacious, breakfast is good as well. Only remark is that beds are too soft to my liking.

It was "not-so-good" - there were a number of little problems... There were a number of small things broken in the room: the reading lamp hanging off, the window latch, the TV remote. I did go to the reception to get the remote batteries changed but the lady wasn't very happy and told me if it still doesn't work not to call reception on the phone as she won't be coming to the room. The service in the restaurant was rather strange - I asked to see the menu and was told to sit down anyway because the menu was "in the other end of the restaurant". Service was slow and and food is very overpriced for the quality and quantity. The breakfast was great.

The bathroom is a curious combination of modern and ancient with a glass screen(modern) in the shower along with a curtain(ancient) which allows water all over the bathroom floor. The walls could do with a good clean. The internet connection was non existent despite having 2 possible options to connect. Staff not bothered.

Good value but soft bed
Nice hotel, although more of a conference centre, a few miles from Utrecht but easy access by the 41 bus. Bed is too soft for me and the room warm even with the window open but otherwise no complaints. Very good value on a Sunday night.

Inexperienced staff, a lot of young staff at reception, bar and restaurant. Although overal friendly not trained enough to offer a good service with no experienced staff to help them. With only a handfull of customers in the restaurant complete chaos and complaints from diners. Even working the coffee machine seemed to be a big issue. Not really the fault of the staff, there should be a senior person on hand.

Not great but suited the purpose
The restaurant service was very good, the food unfortunately not so much but decent, soup could have been hotter. Sadly, my bed sheet was torn and nobody bothered to change it, although I left the teared part visibly open. The mattress was a little too soft for my taste.

Convenient and comfy hotel
Needed a hotel close to the location for an early meeting the next morning. This came in budget and was a good location for me. Nice hotel with clean room and very comfy bed.

Good for Business travel for 1 or 2 days.
The rooms are big, but not for more than just sleeping in. Wifi in the room was not stable enough to hold a VOIP call for more than 5 min straight. Breakfast was not good - warm breakfast was served cold several days and juice selection is quite poor for the price tag. Dinner also falls below expectations - ate at restaurant 2 nights in a row and both were disappointing. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful despite the issues presented. Would recommend for short stays (1-2 nights) and would recommend to avoid the restaurant and breakfast buffet.

Perfect place to break your journey
Great hotel which is very handy for the main arterial roads around Utrecht. Really caters for business customers but perfect for a mid trip stop over. About the same price as a Travelodge in the UK but so much better.

The hotel Is not too easy to find but when you are there, everything is nice. The breakfast is superb and the bus service to the city is very convenient. Rooms are comfortable and it is not too noisy. People are superfriendly. very convenient.

Nice Hotel, unpleasant room
The hotel is OK, but a few things in our room were quite disappointing: The window did not close properly, we heard our neighbors having sex, the mattress was very worn out and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. Wouldn't come again.

Brilliant hotel for a business meeting
This is an excellent hotel for a business meeting. The service is great, both for the meeting rooms and for the accommodation, although be prepared to ask for hairdryers, irons etc. when you arrive as they are not included as standard in the room. The bedroom was comfortable. The restaurant was good with a reasonable menu. The meeting service is outstanding, with everything you might need. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you have a car. My only two negative comments are about the neighbourhood, which is a bit barren if you want to go for a walk, and the picture on hotels.com which implies it's on one of Utrecht's pretty canals. This is not the case: it's about 20 minutes out of Utrecht centre. But the hotel itself is great.
