On-site car parking is an experience, it’s underground and the entry is very narrow, steep and tight Bends. We would not use again.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is in front of the river and has a beautiful shaded sidewalk. Near all the mayor points of interest.

The hotel is very well located, clean and full of amenities. Unfortunately, The AC was out throughout the property when we checked in. We were not informed of that when we checked in. They told us that it just broke. Maintenance would not be able to work on it for a few days due to a festival in the city. Pretty hot days. So we had to keep windows open but our room overlooked the trash cans with people dumping trash and trucks picking it up in the middle of night. After a bit if negotiations the hotel gave us a bit off our bill. Will stay there again only if AC works.

Standard rooms are sparsely furnished
Nice clean rooms that would have rated them higher if they had provided some of the basic necessities for a business traveler such as an earlier breakfast or a coffee maker in the room.

Everything was very good inside the hotel. My only reservation is that the hotel underground parking is very tight for a modern car. My Mazda 6 was my most difficult drive down the levels in 50 years. But it was so easy to walk to the centre of the city that this is a perfect hotel to explore the city.

AC needs some improvement
This is a very cool hotel in a great location, with a spacious room and very nice bathroom including a deep soaking tub. Unfortunately the air conditioning is pretty feeble and it was too noisy on the promenade to sleep with the window open. We heard another guest complaining about AC one evening when we came back to the desk, so we weren’t alone (though we just stuck it out as it wasn’t terribly hot, just stuffy). If they fixed that this hotel would be one of the most pleasant ones we’ve stayed in in quite a while.

Great Hotel
Hotel was located in a good location near the City Cathedral and close to the bars and restaurants. Excellent for a stop off for travelling on the Santander ferry. Bonus to have free all day Sunday parking up until 10am the following morning. Would recommend this hotel

Not worth the price
Wanted to love this hotel as we visit Burgos every year, but sadly not worth the price. It was nice, but could be much better for what you're paying. Our biggest issue was that the AC did not work, and looking at reviews from past years it appears it never has. We got unlucky and came during a heat wave and our room was literally 90F - impossible to sleep.

During my stay at the AC, Burgos had one of its summer cold spells. And the room was frigid. I had to wear heavy clothes to keep warm. It was explained to me that the Hotel turns off its heat for the entire summer. This is ridiculous. The second negative was that there was no way of making hot water in the room for coffee or tea. Thirdly, it was difficult one day to get hot water in the shower. Just cold. I had great expectations about this hotel, but they were not fulfilled

Modern and Centrally located
The AC Hotel is centrally located to the Cathedral and town and yet easy to locate by car. I arrived on the day of a big fiesta but was able to find free parking down the street from the hotel. Everything about the hotel was terrific from the staff at the front desk, bar and breakfast; immaculately clean and comfortable room. The hotel felt new, although I don't really know how long its been there. I loved my stay in Burgos and would stay here again.

Perfect Stay! Clean, quiet, excellent service
Stayed here in February 2022, the room was spacious and very quiet, even though we had a window that faced the street. We were steps away from this beautiful walkway--every night people walked the walkway along the river. It also brought you past restaurants and shops. We were two blocks from the Cathedral. This is a safe, beautiful area and the hotel staff was helpful and English speaking. The morning breakfast was delicious. There was a choice of eggs and a bountiful buffet. In the room there was a teapot, an iron and a beautiful bath tub! One night we ate at the bar on the first level because we were too tired to go out and the food was delicious and service was perfect. There is also a spacious gathering area for guests. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

There was a mistake in the date of arrival, insted of Monday 8 to Tusday 9, We booked Monday 7 to Tusday 8. When we arrived they did not help us in accept the change of date!!

Loved this hotel. Staff were so helpful and friendly. It is in a great location. Breakfast was outstanding with a huge selection available. Nothing was too much trouble for breakfast staff. Check in and check out was also pleasurable with very efficient friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.
