Comfortable hotel, friendly staff and well situated as a stop on the way to Santander ferry. This was our third visit and will use this hotel again.

The strangest hotel we have ever stayed in.Posted Jun 30, 2013
Pros: Position was good, quiet and in a pleasant small village
Cons: Food poor and rooms tired
Location: Good location but not easy to find
Bedroom OK, clean and tidy and a good size. Bathroom was tired and needed refurbishment. Dinner in the evening was probably the worst experience we have had in recent years. Food quality was very poor. Breakfast the next morning was perfectly respectable. Hotel decor was extraordinary but somewhat understandable when we realised it was on the pilgrim route to Santiago. Actually difficult to express the decor in simple terms, lets just draw your attention to several alters in prominent places, one of which had larger than life models of Micky Mouse and Pluto in front - you get the picture !
