“How a hoel should be !!”

travelling with my wife and 2 dogs I became ill outside the hotel and had to go to hospital. The staff took control of my dogs and made sure my wife could get to and from the hospital with the minimum of effort. Friendly, helpful, good communications and superb service.

“Great Location But”

If you're on foot, get a cab. Right on the cathedral plaza, so steps are navigable only by the fittest, and there are stairs within the multi-building complex too. Staff not too helpful, even given general level in Spain. Persist and insist. Burgos is an undiscovered and gorgeous city. Visit it.
