Recommended: The shuttle was available when needed, which was very early for us (4:30 a.m.) - even the continental breakfast was ready early, although it is usually available at 5:00a.m. each day. Also, in the evening, warm chocolate chip cookies available in the lobby!! Recommended: We stayed one night in the hotel and were very pleased with the service. We unexpectedly stayed in the same hotel two days later when USAirways put us up there because of a cancelled flight. My daughter had left her phone charger at the hotel a couple of days before, and I thought it was lost forever. However, when I inquired about it on our second visit, the staff could not have been nicer about getting into the housekeeping room, digging it up, and bringing it to our room. Good service! Recommended: I parked my car on arrival and didn't use it again until I checked out. The hotel is within easy walking distance of both Lake Champlain and the main shopping/dining area. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. A bit of a hassle parking pre check-in because of construction but I'm sure that's temporary. A bit pricey but worth it for the location.
