Stay away!

Cons: overall cleanliness
This was the worse room I've stayed in. Room was terrible. Hairs in the beds, floors not vacuumed, smelled like puke, stains on the floor. Overall the smell of the whole facility was terrible.

Nice location

Pros: Location. Nice staff.
Cons: Would have liked some fresh fruit for breakfast.
Location: Not much to do in the winter in Burlington.
Person checking us in made an error-was later caught by other staff and fixed. Would have liked 2 soaps-1 also for the shower. Would like fresh fruit for breakfast. Too many carbs! Poor quality donuts. Would have liked more varieties of bagels and crunchy peanut butter. Not keen on using same jar -would have preferred individual packets. There were also several small rocks in the carpeting in our room.

Pros: Nice staff, location, décor near reception area
Cons: Overall room condition
Location: Behind a nice mall.
Overall filthy room. There were lots of hair on the 2nd queen bed. Intermittently working toilet flush. Very slow drain in bath tub. I was given 10% discount voucher for the next visit when I reported my concerns to the lady-staff at the desk. Email me if somebody wants it...

Never staying again!

Pros: Leaving was the best part. The desk clerks were nice, but it wasn't enough.
Cons: A serious room cleaning, and continual cleaning would be a major step in the right direction.
Location: shopping mall across parking lot, car dealers nearby, home improvement store near.
The first room stank badly, so I moved to another room. Found used/dried washcloth hanging on rear of shower curtain rod. Throw pillows on beds smelled as though they'd not been washed for some time, and the television channels had to be moved through one at a time-not able to go directly to any desired channel. Every television in each room operates the same. Staff seemed pretty sympathetic, but that doesn't help when you're there for several days!! I was at the front desk getting fresh pillowcases when another poor victim asked if my room was as nasty as his?! I told staff I'd never return. Years ago I'd stayed there when the facility was new-it was NOTHING like it used to be!!

Close to mall and road Construction

Room was ok. Bathroom was tiny and compact. Room was quiet from surrounding noises like they advertise their soundproofing. Breakfast was the worst. Vèry messy, tables sticky not wiped off from syrup spills. Counter where pancakes were, batter smeared all over, trashcan overflowing, cereal spilled on floor around counters, tables. No staff present to keep it l looking clean. Burnt waffle stuck to wafflemaker. VERY UNIVITING for breakfast..

Hotel had many issues. Obviously not well taken care of. Many issues with maintenance. Common area toilet closed for much of the session. Room toilet had issues flushing. Kleenex box in room came out of wall. Friends pull out bed in another room broken. Breakfast sub standard for hotel. Generally a fixer upper in my opinion.

We had booked a king size bed and received 2 doubles instead. Also the TV remote never worked. Other than those two things it was an okay place to stay.

This hotel is horrible!!! There was nobody at the front desk to assist anyone unless you waited for a few minutes No clean towels for the pool and we were told they would not have any until they did laundry, which never happened. Very poor customer service
