I would stay on the floor of a KOA campground bathroom before I stayed in this rat hole again, I over paid expecting a nice place! It's about a $20 hotel, a/c wouldn't cool the room, hallway smelt like smoke, staff was very rude, breakfast wasn't fit for a dog! Don't stay here!!! This place needs to close there doors

Pros: Not a thing.
Location: We checked in about 10pm and we're gone by 6am.
This was the only place available after checking with several other hotels by stopping at each of them. We should've kept going on the interstate to the next town. Room was absolutely filthy, check-in clerk was rude, and spoke very broken English, very, very hard to understand.

Not the hotel's fault, but you can't drink the water in the town , bummer!

Pros: Leaving it
Cons: The man at the counter
This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The man at the counter was incredibly rude and I believe he was being dishonest as well. He had me sign a registration form that listed the hotel price considerably lower than what I paid through Expedia. In the morning when we went to check out I asked for a copy of the registration I signed the night before. He refused to give me one. He said I prepaid and didn't need it and we were done. I asked again for a copy and he refused saying they didn't have a copier. I pointed to his fax machine and told him he could make a copy on that. He told me to leave and get out of his hotel. When I asked for his name he said "Smith". He never would give me his name. When we got to our room the windows were unlocked and partially opened. (This is in January). We were on the ground floor right by the parking lot so anyone could have come in as the windows were large and easily accessible. My husband locked them tight. One window still rattled in the frame. For 2 adutls were were given 2 small bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth. When we tried to turn on the lamp, it fell apart in my husbands hands. He fixed it!. This was the worst experience I've ever had. If staying in Burlington go to the Comfort Inn or Best Western. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

It's a bed.

There was hair on one side of my pillow, and when I flipped out over, there was make up. If you want a bed, tub, and toilet, it's okay. Personally, I am willing to spend a little more for some comfort.
