Poorly run hotel - not the quality of Marriott

Power plugs were not tight enough to keep items plugged in and I called to have it fixed while we're gone the staff said they will but it was not fixed. Pounding hammering noise woke us up at 5:30 am - someone was fixing a pipe. The room was not cleaned until close to evening hour. Loud bar lounge music blaring on Friday and Saturday nights - sounded like a bad high school prom party. Overall, poorly run hotel. It was not worth $200 per night.

Great stay for the price. About 20-25 mins. To Boston. 1mile from a mall.

Surprise visit to our son

Very nice hotel. Room was fine. The t.v. did not have many stations other then news and sports. Restaurant staff were great along with the food.

Nice hotel. Great amenities and staff

Location: As I mentioned, tons of great restaurants and shopping
It was my boyfriends birthday and we were going to a nearby restaurant for which they do offer shuttle service. Tons of GREAT restaurants in the area including the one in the hotel. They had a recent renovation of that which I had not known about before I booked it. That was a pleasure. Brunch was great and extremely reasonable. Great shopping in the area as well.

NIce modern hotel

I took a continuing education course here. The hotel amenities were great and it had a nice, modern, upscale look. Highly recommend.

great location

Pros: the amazing staff

we had problem with our first room and then were were immediatly put into a new room, and then later given a cheese tray and 2 beers, I was throughly impressed. the staff was super friendly and was wiling to please at all costs.

Disappointed

They did a great job remodeling the hotel it's looks great! The front desk was pleasant for the most part, the reason I say for the most part is because the gift shop/store and you have to pay at the front desk so they seem to get aggravated having to ring things up. The pool was nice and not busy but not very clean. All over the tiles around the floor are covered with hair and dirt. There is no complimentary internet so it costs 13.00 a day. The restaurant was my worst experience and is the reason I would NEVER stay here again!!! We checked in and went right to Chopps! The service was horrible. It took over 20 minutes to even get our drinks then we were never asked if we wanted another. The food was great!!! But not worth a 260.00 bill with 2 adults and 2 children. The following day we tried it again for lunch WHAT A MISTAKE. After getting downstairs at 1150 am and told we had to wait until 12 for lunch but waiting over 1hr and 15 minutes for an individual pizza is what set me over the edge but because we had no other choices because we were staying at the hotel we waited but went elsewhere for the rest of our stay. So needless to say be prepared to eat else where and bring flip flop IF you go to the pool.
