Pros: the kitchen
Cons: the cleanliness of the room
Location: there was some restaurants but everything closes early..avoid chilli's restaurant
The room was very comfortable, the kitchen in the room had all the comforts of home.

Nice hotel overall very happy!

I stayed in the Candlewood Suites in Burlington,MA. It was a 10 minute ride from the train that took us to Boston. It has a really nice cafe called the Border Cafe next door and it was open late and that was nice. Overall our room was very clean and comfortable except our heater stopped working. We complained and they offered to send us to a different room but we were lazy and just asked for extra blankets. Anyway overall awesome hotel and i would definitely stay there again!

Great hotel for business related stays.

This hotel is an excellent value for anyone in the Burlington area on an extended business trip. The room was large and uncrowded with plenty of good light. There was a huge desk area with plenty of outlets and free wifi, making it comfortable and easy to get work down in the room. The small kitchenette was a pleasant surprise, allowing me to enjoy a few meals without needing to dine out. The bathroom was spacious with plenty of space to set out toiletries. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and there is an onsite laundry and work out area. Living in a hotel for a week while on business is usually something to dread, but this hotel is one place I would book again without thinking twice!

Cons: Cleanliness, signage directing you to the hotel from the main street, the exercise room had no wipes, no towels and cheap equipment.
Location: The mall is close by thankfully so you don't have to spend as much time in the hotel other than sleeping
First, the place is hard to find located up on a hill. It is old, dated and not very clean. My room was fair at best. I would not stay there again. I have stayed at many Candlewood suites in the past and have never been as disappointed as I was with this particular location. I would drive 10 miles if I had to in order not to stay there.

Great stay at the Candlewood Suites Boston Burlington. Just wish the sign leadiing to the hotel had some lighting. If you are arriving to this location at night, you just might miss the hotel sign entrance.

Better than expected

Pros: Quality of room, and its amenities and the comfort of the bed.
Cons: Bathroom drain, cost of breakfast items, and the lack of housekeeping and a breakfast.
Location: Boston has so much to offer but you have to drive there and park downtown to see it all.
Staff was nice and room was very well appointed. TV had an HDMI cable for laptop video connection, flat screen movable TV, full kitchen but no stove. A toaster oven was available for free overnight “rental.” The bed was very comfortable and room was very well appointed. The room came with a DVD/VCR combo unit and almost a full box of dishwasher detergent and extra paper towels and Kleenex but there is no housekeeping service. If you want clean towels you “exchange” them for clean ones at the front desk or wash them yourselves. The washers and dryers are free to use (detergent not included) but getting one free after 6 pm is problematic. The downsides were that the water backed up in the tub during shower due to a fancy drain that traps hair, etc but also backs up the water. Also, there is NO breakfast. I arrived late and didn’t have time to shop so I needed milk for breakfast the next morning. A 12 oz bottle of milk cost me $2 so shop BEFORE you arrive. Also, the hotel is HUGE – 4 floors and only 1 elevator, which is slow as a turtle. If you have mobility issues, call ahead to make sure you are located on the 1st floor or you’ll walk off your breakfast before you even leave the hotel.

uncleaned room

I've stayed at this hotel sevetal times but probably wont again. I stayed a few weeks ago and hhe refrigerator in my room was dirty with food left from a previous guest. I called the front desk , they apologized and sent someone up to clean it. I wasn't particularly please but figured it was a one time thing. Imagine my displeasure when I stayed here again last week and i found left over foods in the refrigerator again. Once agsin.they sent someone up to clean it but didnt seem very apologetic or concerned. I told the clerk of my previous experience and tha i probably would not stay there again. There was little reaction to this and no effort by them to make it right. I cant help but think if they didnt clean the refrrigerator what else didnt they clean? I wouldnt recommend staying here

I travel to this area frequently and i always stay here. Spacious rooms and friendly service. Right near the mall and other stores.
