It was loud in the morning & there was old furniture in the hallways blocking the paths. Otherwise rooms were clean & comfortable.

The room was excellent, spacious, clean. I loved the bathroom kind of a new modern style. You have a kitchenette and a big desk. We did laundry too but the gym wasn't used by us.

Room comfortable. Liked full kitchen. They should have told guests to move their cars so they could have plowed the parking lot and removed some of the snow

Nice hotel in a convenient location

Pros: The location and the shuttle service
Location: So many restaurants, a huge Wegman's grocery store, and an awesome shuttle service that brings you to and from your business.
Had such a great experience here. The room was very big and comfortable with a kitchen area and a large living space. Great room for longer stays. The gym was small, but perfect for basic workout needs. The location was great! Walking distance from so many restaurants and Wegmans. I stayed in this hotel during a blizzard and the staff and hotel location were perfect and made me feel so safe and comfortable during the few days everyone was snowed in together. The shuttle was so awesome and accommodating.

"A Mixed Bag"

Mixed review - at check in the hotel had no record of my booking {I had paid in advance on "hotels.com"}, with only one receptionist and a line of other guests it took close to 30 minutes to get this resolved. The receptionist would not call "hotels.com" so I did and the customer service person was able to see my booking and both email and fax the confirmation to the hotel within seconds {great service by "hotels.com"}. Once checked in I made my way to the room - the lobby and corridors appear run down and have a strange smell, however the room itself was clean and well equipped. Couple of other minor issues - ordered a wake up call and it never happened and the tub filled up when having a shower {I hate the water filling up around my feet!!}. Overall, I guess you get what you pay for - I visit this area a lot and wanted to try this hotel as it is often $30 to $50 less per night than the competition. Given my experience I will only try it again if the saving is significant.
