“Great location if you are on the way to Montreal”
If you are driving to Montreal, this is a great rest stop.
“Clean and Close to Champlain Valley Expo”
The hotel was clean and well kept. Very conveniently located to Rt. 89 and The Champlain Valley Expo. The employees working the Front Desk could have been friendlier, neither really seemed happy to be there. Also, it was a bit noisy, my husband is a light sleeper and was awakened several times during the night. Overall, it was a pleasant one-night stay.
“Let us Check in Early & everything!!!”
They were extremely accommodating. We checked in early, they gave us a last minute requested balcony, and the coffee was delicious in the morning. Everyone we encountered was friendly and polite. If I had to have a negative comment, the elevator was slow! Other than that, no complaints.
“Great Value, Everything We Needed”
Very happy with this hotel. Service was seamless, room was large, clean and well appointed with two very comfortable queen beds. Hotel had all amenities including pool, hot tub and mini-convenience store by the front desk for snacks, coffee, water, etc. I was able to buy a glass of wine at 9 p.m. at the front desk and take it back to my room for a very modest price. We travel to Burlington often to visit our college student. While Williston is five minutes away, the extra distance is worth the value with this hotel.
“Had everything a family wants to see in a hotel”
The Courtyard in Williston is on the small side of Courtyards I've stayed at in the past, but still had everything our family needed. We normally get a 2-double bed room wherever we go but it was a busy weekend and they only had a king and pull-out sofa bed -- it was plenty for my husband and me and the two kids (4 and 6). The pool/ jacuzzi area was small but big enough for us as it wasn't crowded. Exercise room was small, too, but those are rarely crowded and we didn't have time to use anyway. The breakfast had good variation and there was a nice eating area. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We only live about an hour away from this hotel in NY and just wanted a little getaway from staring at the same four walls at home. We accomplished this at the Williston Courtyard. And don't forget the great shopping in Williston and the very quick drive from Williston to S. Burlington, Burlington, Colchester, etc.
“cant wait to go back”
I loved this place, spotless, friendly, convenient, internet access, nice rooms
“brlngtm visit”
convenient to i89, a little pricy, room clean, parking lot about full.
“They charge for breakfast”
I had one problem. The morning I was to check out my bill was slipped under the door. There was a $16 charge for breakfast for Saturday, a charge I did not incur. They were polite and prompt in removing it, but that charge should never have been added in the first place. the desk manager said they just assumed I ate breakfast. I said, first of all, there was no sign stating there would be a charge for breakfast and second, you had no right to assume that we ate there. That policy of assumption should be reviewed. My bathroom sink was partially stopped up. I was told a plumber would fix it on Saturday. Nothing was done.
“Not impressed with front desk”
Our front desk experience was horrible. We waited ten minutes to get help and they didn't even apologize for keeping us waiting. The toilet had not been thoroughly cleaned and the faucet leaked when we turned it on but they promptly fixed those problems when we brought them to thier attention. The pull-out sofa wasn't in the greatest condition but our bed was very comfortable. Over all, not a bad experience but they do need to fix the front desk problems.
“Recommend hotel!”
Very, very pleased with stay. (3 nights) Enjoyed pool and whirlpool. Very good breakfast. Hotel was pleasantly quiet at night.
