I would not stay here again.Posted Jan 17, 2015
If I were you, definitely don't plan on staying until construction is over. (they are working on the outside of the hotel) Upon reservation and arrival, I was told the room was not near construction and that it started at 7am. However, they were revving engines, using their lift right outside our room...even clanking and banging on our room window at 6am. The room itself seemed to have thin walls, could hear every footstep upstairs, outside, and in next room. Stayed on first floor, but had to drag large suitcases upstairs. The pool offers no privacy, you walk into the cold lobby and it's right there w/open curtains. The room was dated, but clean except the visibly soiled shower curtain. They are skimpy w/toiletries. I'm not picky, but the breakfast offerings were not good...watery eggs, stale cereal & muffins. I like that they offer 24 hr coffee (you'll be awake anyways, haha). The am staff were kind. It's also good proximity to Downtown Burlington, nice quick drive.

Very clean, great amenitiesPosted Jan 16, 2015
Pros: Cleanliness, staff friendliness, size of room
Cons: The card key to my room didn't work the best, and I often had to try it multiple times.
I was only here for a night while traveling on business, but was very pleased with the cleanliness of the place and the fact that the room had both a microwave and a refrigerator. This may seem odd but it seems more and more often that is sometimes hard to find. Also, they had a pool, which was well maintained and always nice. The room was also HUGE for the price. Therefore, I'd say all in all this was a great bargain. Didn't check out the continental breakfast though, so I can't speak for that.

Good locationPosted Dec 3, 2014
Pros: Location and price.
Cons: Raise pool temperature. Repair thermostat in room so the heat doesn't keep cycling.
Location: The shopping and restaurants. In warmer weather the Shelburne Museum. Events @Flynn Theater.
This was our second stay. One plus is the availability of pet friendly rooms. There was some noise Friday night and Saturday morning due to work on the exterior. The pool temperature was cool, not comfortable for swimming. The only other negative was that the thermostat was apparently exposed to cool air, so the heat cycled on frequently and the air was subsequently dry. Overall though it's a good value.

Room was very run down and in need of updating. Paint was peeling and fixtures were rusted. Carpet was worn and dirty. Would not stay there again.

No thank youPosted Oct 6, 2014 on Hotels.com
There is no way this room EVER is the "regular" amount that was shown. I think it was $179.00 the people were nice. The rooms interior was not nice. Poor paint job and repairs. Old carpet...i wouldnt have stayed if it wasnt so late. A bunch of people smoking in groups outside. The most money on the best day would have been $79.00. No...i would not stay again
