Hotel staff nice location ok selection for breakfast poor. Need to add a few small amenities considering it is an extended stay facility

Pros: The room was a nice size for 4 and clean.
Cons: Disposable cups in the bathroom

While not a big deal when I booked the hotel I was looking for one that offered a breakfast as we needed to leave on time to return home. When We went for breakfast there was 3 apples and 2 muffins left. This is not what I would call a breakfast and should have been stated. I would have gotten up earlier and went out for a full breakfast. For this reason I could not give a better rating then a 3

Nice But...

Staff was pleasant and everything fine for the money except the sink was stopped up, I reported it but it was never fixed. I also found a large winged insect under the pillow when I made the bed in the morning. I requested and was given another room but not after a mildly lengthy consultation with the manager. Second room was fine except for a large carpenter ant that crawled across the covers before I went to sleep.

Stayed for a long weekend.

Pros: Free wi-fi and a quick grab and go breakfast.
Cons: My bed was kind of hard for my liking.
Location: Great location, if you have a vehicle. There are lots of sidewalks but no crosswalks to the beautiful mall and Cheesecake Factory across the street.
The staff was very nice and helpful when we needed information about the community or transportation.

Good location, hotel not so good.

The bed was to be a queen size but it was a double bed, which made sleeping for my husband and I very uncomfortable. The hallways smelled like cigarette smoke even though there were non smoking signs and amount of fines were posted. Location was great for our visit purpose.

Recently Renovated? DUMP!!!

Pros: That I could leave the following morning.
Cons: It could be cleaned...it could have less drunks walking the halls each night.
Location: This is a great location right near Burlington Mall. Granted....so is the bus stop and when I checked it looked cleaner than the hotel.
This hotel was dirty and poorly cared for. I arrived to be given a dirty room that smelled so badly that I couldn't stay. The front desk staff offered to spray some industrial strength Febreze on the heater to change the smell. He insisted that when he did it prior to my arrival that it smelled better :). Nuff said.

I received a copy of your review, and wanted to take a moment to personally respond. The situation you described regarding the odor in your room is truly regrettable. We are very sorry for your experience. To prevent this from happening again, my team has been focusing much more on providing fresh clean rooms for every guest's arrival. As a new manager at the hotel, I can assure you that we have staff focusing on making sure that all of our guests have a clean and comfortable stay. All housekeepers and all staff are being trained on making sure that we clean the rooms thoroughly. I regret that a staff person's response was to offer to spray Febreze. Like your comment suggests, that is not an appropriate nor adequate response to your issue. We continually work to improve our hotel, so I really appreciate you providing us with your feedback. We hope that you will give us the opportunity to provide you with a better stay the next time you're in the area.

The room was fine. The hotel and room had a musty disinfectant smell. The unensils were bent.
