The three-story Hyatt Summerfield Suites Boston/Burlington offers 150 generously proportioned suites, with bedrooms and living rooms separated by a sliding door. Each suite has a full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop, oven, toaster, coffeemaker, and ample cookware from strainers to paper towels. Inviting kitchen areas are illuminated by soft recessed light boxes and feature a low dining counter.

“Great Staff”

This was the quietest hotel I have ever been at. Very good extras. But the best was the staff that really cared about us, not just 'front desk' friendly. All the staff we had a chance to talk to but specially Hicki and Ashlei (not sure of spelling). Great Place.

“Very comfortable, convenient & spacious accommodations”

While the place may not have the location, charm or elegance of a 5 star. old-line downtown hotel, it has everything you could want in a reasonably-priced suite. Full kitchen, tv in living rm and bdrm, great housekeeping and good brkfst. If you are going to stay somewhere for a few days, you couldn't beat it.

“Nice hotel for a family”

Very nice hotel, very friendly staff. A good place for a family, it has everything we needed: a nice kitchinette, separate space for the children, laundry room, a mini grocery store and restaurants around.

“Boston/Burlington Best Hotel”

Hotel is perfectly situated, one exit south from the hotel you will find the mall, restaurant, super market etc. Did not have time to eat breakfast but looking at the hotel it has to be good. I will not hesitate to go back to this hotel. Easy to get there from Logan airport, we rented a car and it took us 26 minutes to get there, we left early in the morning and it took us 15 mns.

“could improve”

Even though I recommend this hotel, I have the following observations: I booked a room with two queen-size beds but I got a king size bed and a sofa bed (where my two young kids had to sleep). It was very uncomfortable and we only stayed for one night. Pet fee extremely expensive ($200) for one night --- I do not see what pet friendliness is... Finally, TV remote controls did not work...hard to change channels...
