“Paid for a King Bed - Received only a Double”
Check in went well except when I got to the room. I booked a full-sized room with single king-sized bed and ended up with a small room with only a double bed - not even a queen-sized bed! There were broken potato chips beside the bed on the floor. Bathroom did not have a floor mat when getting out of the shower. Had to use a regular towel. I walked around the room in my white socks and they got very dirty from the carpet. The elevator up to the room clearly had not been cleaned in several days and road construction workers that stayed there really tracked in a mess. I arrived in the middle of the time slot for the continental breakfast and there wasn't anything left for selection and it was not restocked. The AC unit in the room was so loud I had to choose between watching TV or getting too hot. There is a bar directly behind the hotel about 200 feet away and people would stand outside to have a smoke and talk very loud until 2 AM. (Good thing the AC unit covered most of the noise!) I would not recommend this hotel.

“Best hotel value”
This was the cleanest, best hotel we stayed in during our trip. Since we were traveling cross-country, we stayed in 6 different hotel chains. The breakfast offered a wide variety to suit all ages of our group (11 months-55 years old)and the facilities were always immaculate. The rates were extremely reasonable and the service was top-notch.
