“Fine for one night or weekend”

Arrived at Hotel and Expedia had made a mistake with our reservation which was fixed in about 15 minutes after I called Expedia. Had trouble with the room cards working.

“Mostly OK”

Room was comfortable though the outdoor hallway was a little gloomy and the elevator was controlled by a card reader that didn't like to read cards. Cleanliness was also OK though the top rim of the toilet bowl had dried urine on it that made us wonder what else had been overlooked.

“Housekeeper's could do better”

After checking in and got room , went to room finding door not locked so I didn't have to use my key. And , there were used towels and soap in the bathroom not to my likings... Yuck! Continental hot breakfast was rely good.

“over priced room”

1st night: no place to park due to fishing boats everywhere, no heat in the room, no vent fan in the bathroom( steams up the mirror so bad you cant use it and the potty smells). 2nd night: keycard had to be reprogrammed( this happened every time we tried to get into the room). no coffee packs left for morning. tv remote wouldnt work unless right in front of the tv. bedding keeps slipping off the bed( too small for a king size bed). Room displayed in their ad is their suite, not the standard room they sold us. Good selection for breakfast (hot or cold). Too pricey for what you really got.

Location is its best asset. far enough away from college students for a quiet nights sleep.

Getting around

use the expressway (89/189) to get around. stay off of us2 and us7....crazy traffic bumper to bumper. traffic signals are off sync. it felt like i was in florida on spring break (minus the views and nice weather).

“Need a better maid service”

The overall cleanliness of our hotel room was not good. There was a soda bottle behind one of the chairs that I found when I dropped something on the floor. There was a package of cups under my bed that I found when standing near the bed. The sheet on my bed had a stain on it. I'm sure it had been washed but the idea that there is a stain of who knows what on the bedding is really gross. The shower and bathroom floor were far from clean. I believe the maids are young, teenage girls. They should hire people that are interested in doing a better job of cleaning these rooms. Also, so much for the complimentary breakfast. The milk was warm, there were 3 containers for coffee that were all empty, the bagels were rock hard, and there was only one young girl trying to keep up with everything that needed to be restocked. Overall, it was not a great place to stay for the price.

The only good thing about this hotel is that it is located about 3-5 miles from the hospital and shopping malls.

“Need and over haul”

We were dissappointed with several things. 1st they had the cabinet for the fridge and microwave right under the closet to hang clothes. We had to move it inorder to hang our clothes on the rack 2nd the sheets did not fit the mattress there were very thin and never stayed on the bed. 3rd For a non-smoking room the people were smokiing next to us and it was traveling into our room. I did complain to the management on all 3 of these issues. The room was clean

Area recommendations

Burlington is a beautiful city and there is lots to do downtown.
