“ski trip”

“Would definitely go back”
Great one-night get-away hotel. Very clean, friendly staff and conveniently located. Extra comfortable beds and very accommodating to children
“We Loved Our Stay and Will Be Back”
The location of this hotel is a major attraction. Shopping malls, downtown, VT Teddy Bear Factory, Ben & Jerrys, Essex Jct Outlets are all withing a short drive. We arrived on a Friday afternoon. The hotel was fairly quiet. Employees were friendly and entertained my five year old who asks 20 questions to just about every new person she meets. The hallways smelled like chlorine, but the pool was fantastic and very clean. Our daughter loved swimming and there were plenty of places for parents to sit and relax around the pool. The rooms were big, modern and clean. They have great bedding! The best part of our surprise was the free breakfast provided. Usually "continental" meals stink in my opinion. I sent my husband to go find a danish or muffin and he called me in the room to tell me about the feast that was before him. I got up, dressed and we went down to join him. We would have easily spent $30 eating the same food in a restaurant. Cereal, fruit, juices, Coffee tea, hot cocoa, Bread/Bagels/English Muffins to toast with loads of jams/jellies/peanut butters/honey, yogurt, Make your own waffle, eggs, bacon, sausage, and an amazing array of muffins and danish. This will be our go to place in the future. It was a great overnight escape/
“Boomshakalaka”
Very nice hotel. I used to stay here when it was travelodge. I was a little disappointed that there was no fridge. And the breakfast was ehhhh. But the bed was sooo comfortable and that's the most important thing to me.
“Okay for one night”
The best thing about our stay was the helpfulness of front desk staff. Accidentally made reservation for wrong night, and desk clerk very kindly changed the reservation after we arrived. Also, overslept and didn't realize checkout was 11 and didn't get out until almost noon. No problem. The hotel is clean, but older and very worn in places.
“It filled the need”
it will get better once the finish the build out
“Bed pillows were fantastic”
Bed/Bed pillows were to die for! great sleeping conditions. Hot tub was a little dated; pool was wonderful. Good location-near S Burlington .Did not know we had a frig-it was in the TV console!! Had a good time for the short time we were there.
“Conveniently located”
Hotel is conveniently located but ensure you don't get a room on ground floor because ceiling isn't well insulated and it sounds like a tank is roaming above your head (very difficult to sleep)! Should offer more variety for breakfast, the juice machine run out the first morning that I was there and I was only there for 2 nights. Pool was not heated. The rate was good but you get what you pay for. At least the front desk clerk that works during the evening shift was very helpful.
“OK service”
Staff was freindly, asked maid service to come back later, they did not.
“Passes the test”
The staff was very friendly. The hotel setup was a little different then most hotels with inside rooms and outside units.Going to the pool from our outside room we had to brave the cold temperature outside. This was rather inconvient to us.The pool was nice and warm compared to other hotels that we have stayed at.The only drawback was there were no towels available when we went for a swim,we had to go to the front desk to request some. The morning buffet was rather good.Overall the hotel was OK for our one night stay.
