“Would stay there again”

Was pleasantly suprised with the amenities. Room had a full-sized kitchen with breakfast bar, living room area, two closets, and a fireplace. Extra perks at the hotel include an indoor swimming pool / hot tub, an outdoor fireplace with lounge chairs, gym, and doggie walking area. Hotel staff were extremely nice. Location is a stone's throw from the interstate and 15min from downtown Burlington. Very nice breakfast buffet. Great place for an extended stay. Unless you're a high-maintenance snob or there's a major problem with the room (none that I could see), this hotel is very good for the price.

“comfy and not as priciey as burlington hotels”

We were pleasantly surprised- it's only a few miles from the airport and Burlington and right on the main interstate but still quiet. Breakfast was hot and had lots of options.

“Clean Rooms & Excellent Service”

I was extremely pleased with my recent visit to the Residence Inn. The rooms were small, but clean and contained everything a person could want, including full kitchenette and ample furniture space for one's suitcase and items. The guest service representatives were pleasant and helpful, and the full complimentary breakfast was a welcome treat. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

“We would stay again”

Most things were fine, the unit was older but comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpfully. The daily breakfast has items that would fit within most diets. We also used the nightly meal that was offered for 3 out of our 7 night stay.

“Vermont Visit”

Hotel is right off I-87. 15 minutes drive to down-town. There is a new movie theater close by and several chain restaurants. However, gym was closed for renovation. They give us a pass for a local gym instead! Rooms were clean if not spectacular!

Area recommendations

Downtown area is fun to visit. There is a farmer's market on Saturday. Take a bike ride on Lake Champlain and biking is fun on the old railway trail downtown. Don't forget to visit Ben and Jerry's factory close-by and also Green Mountain coffee outlet in Waterbury, VT.

Not winter unless you like it cold!!

“Perfect for Burlingto Visitors”

Great place to spend a week...Our suite was great, full kitchen, everything just like home. Very easy access to the hiway to get to downtown Burlington in a few mins. We will be back for sure. The breakfast buffet was terrific , only wish it went until 10 am. We wished the bigger units were on the bottom floor, stairs and old senior knees don't mix !!! lol Highy reccomend this property

Church Street Square....... the heart of the Burlington scene..Music, Restaurants & Shopping it has it all !!!

Must see

Check out all the nightly bands playing at Nectar's... caught the "Book Em Blues Band" one night , they were outstanding !!! The lead Guitar player/vocalist was on fire !!! This young man can make his guitar melt your face , he was something else !!! I think you will hear them on the radio or see them on MTV real soon.

Right off of freeway. Convenient to Burlington and to IBM. No restaurants or shops within easy walking distance.
