Element Hotel was fantastic. The room was fresh off the top clean with no smells. Everything looked brand new. The kitchen had all the essential kitchenware items like bowls, utensils, etc, perfect for when you want to make something simple during your stay. The shower (no bath) was great, no drainage problems, the soaps were easily available, and the multiple shower spigots were appreciated. I will most def. stay here again. It is 20 minutes from Vancouver and 20 minutes from Richmond. Everything is modern, clean, up-to-date, and quiet with class. The room looked just like the pictures.

We just spent one night in the hotel. The pool looked really nice and the grounds were well maintained around the pool. The rooms were a little run down and could use some updating. But we were comfy and it was quiet so no complaints.

Room was quiet even though it is near the main highway. The blow dryer didn't work therefore had to leave with wet hair. Otherwise room was clean and comfortable. Only saw the front desk clerk when checking in and he was very pleasant. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is currently under some minor construction as they improve their facilities, but everything is still working and in great shape. The rooms are recently remodeled and clean. They have a large underground (free) parking structure, and there is a train stop literally across the street from the hotel as well as the major bus station next door. It makes for a very quick, cheap, and easy way to get to downtown for a concert or game at the stadiums! The staff is VERY helpful - highly recommend.
