“"Very Satisfied"”

I was looking for a place to stay for a week while I was visiting my son in Burnsville. Did not want to stay at my son's place as was traveling with my significant other. Just wanted a clean place to sleep and shower everyday. This place was great, not only had a micro and frig in the room but also a great continental breakfast every morning. All at a VERY resonable price. Will stay here next time I visit mt son even if I am traveling alone.

“Good family place”

This was a nice hotel for a family in this price. Everything was not fancy but functioned very well. Fridge, microwave (not many hotels in this price provides these), cabled TV and etc. AC was older but worked well with acceptable noise. I liked the tea table with two armed chairs even they were older. My wife and I enjoyed chattering at the table while kids were watching TV. Two queen-sized beds were very spacious. The wireless internet provided lots of conveniences in planning next day’s trip regarding the crazy local inner city highway (again, not many hotels in this price provides internet connection. I just came from Las Vegas, I have to purchase internet minutes in a 4 stared hotel). Bed sheets, towels were very clean. The carpet were old and with marks. The breakfast was not fancy but enough. It is very convenient in saving time. It could be better though, as my kids complained for no eggs or bacon. Over all, we got what we paid for. We would stay in this hotel again. Oh, the guy (who is Asian probably) in the front desk were very nice, a real gentleman!

Totally pleased with the service provided by the hotel staff. They were friendly and went the extra steps to make sure your stay was pleasant.

It is really nice and the employers are very generous. IT is very cheap and the room quality is a bit more than what we expected, yet it is a good thing!

The room met expectations for a 2 star hotel. It was clean and well maintained. No frills which is to be expected. The hotel staff was helpful. I needed to print out a business document early in the morning. The front desk was able to accomodate my request and was very friendly about it. I would recommend this hotel for a budget traveler. Good value.

“My other home while in the Twin Cities area...Great Job!!!!!!!”

The management at this hotel are wonderful. It has a great location, with easy access to shopping and entertainment. It is on the main highway and streets to the whole metro area. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the prices are great. What makes it really good is the management...Joshi! He is a wonderful man, who is caring and considerate of others. He does all the right things to make your stay pleasent. I have now used this hotel 3 more times since my first reservation and have decided that it is my choice for stay while visiting the Twin Cities. Stop by check them out and tell the manager Joshi that Mr. Tinsley says this is the place to stay...GREAT JOB

“Simple but Pleasant”

The room was nice, a little out dated. Could be touched up with pain, and the sheets and towels could use less bleach and more fabric softener. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming. The first night the comforter and pillows that were already on the bed in the room smelled of mildew and cigarrettes , we asked for an extra pillow, which they supplied right away. . The continental breakfast was very small and simple but it did the job. Combination of donuts and beagels, waffle maker, juices milk and coffee, and some cereal. Over all it was a pleasant stay, and I would stay there again. You get what you pay for.

“OK for the price”

OK for the price anywhere near the Mall of America. The desk clerk was friendly, the room was comfortable - bed & pillow was nice - slept well. TV and internet worked fine. Wasn't noisy outside. Breakfast was donuts, cereal and waffle - crowded but good (took food back to room). Would stay here again.
