Excellent place to stay. Quite, clean, friendly staff, great room, convenient to get in and out of Chicago from, and good breakfast and amenities. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to a friend.

This property is very tired. The rug in my room was fraying, the floor tiles in the bathroom were buckled, and the toilet flapper was broken and I had to fix it every time I used it.

Everything was perfect except the receptionist who acted indifferent and arrogant. They should train her. She was there on Monday morning and was rude 01/01/24.

Very nice hotel and would stay in again. Staff was nice and the daily breakfast options were good. The only down side was that there were no restaurants in the immediate vicinity. So you either had to have food delivered or make a 10-15 minute drive.

Good family stop. Not couple friendly.
Good family hotel. Not a couple's retreat. Very noisy day and night. Ice machines not available quickly as the entire hotel is using two machines on floors 3&5. Front desk customer service is exemplary. Breakfast is chaotic, surfaces are food laiden with customer waist, and staffing is understaffed. Food is mediocre at best. Seating is limited. Inexpensive for families but keep moving if you want peace and quiet.

My suggestion would be that if you are looking for a hotel that predominantly is not family oriented, that your next reservation be at the Ritz-Carlton or Peninsula in downtown Chicago. Their restaurants are exemplary, food may not be mediocre, or it may, and at 39.95 for breakfast it is a bargain.

Enjoyed everything. Only downside is you have to pay for parking at the hotel and theirs parking tax as well. I’m not from the area so I’m not used to having to pay for parking at a place like that

Overall was a very good experience with a particularly good breakfast. Room was a bit tight and there was a patched hole in the wall that wasn’t painted or cleaned up at all. There was also some very old crumbs and dirt behind the night stand - pretty disgusting to see honestly. Otherwise, everything else was nice and enjoyable
