Outdated in a great locationPosted Nov 25, 2013
Cons: The rooms need an updating.
I stayed one night in this hotel when doing business in Busan. The location is right downtown, which is nice, but for the price I expected something a bit more updated. This is truly an older hotel, both in styling and in actual age. The locations is great if you are into casinos ( I am not), or want to shop at the huge Lotte Duty Free store located inside the hotel.

Outdoor pool!!!Posted Aug 31, 2013 on Hotels.com
This is one of the few hotels in Busan with an outside pool (and an indoor pool, good gym, spa, golf range and so on). The view from the rooms are amazing ( i was in 36th floor, staying in a deluxe room - excellent). The hotel is quite formal, but it´s kind of cute with all the bowing personell as well...

Pros: Total satisfaction.
Cons: Front waiting round sofa has bad smell.
This is our 2nd time to stay in three month and always comfortable to come back.

Lotte Busan- Excellent locationPosted Dec 8, 2012 on Hotels.com
Great Luxury hotel in the center of Busan. Business floor (31-35?) costs extra, but has a nice lounge area with free light meals and drinks. Only downside is that the room was 25C upon checking in and although I opend the fresh air vent and set thermostat to 18C (68F), upon checking out the room was still 22C. (Overheating is very common in Korea).

Great for business travelersPosted Dec 6, 2012
The Lotte Busan is a very impressive hotel. Upon entering I was impressed with the lobby...wow. The room was a bit cramped (two twin beds) but otherwise was nice. It is what you would expect for a hotel of this level.
Great Location in downtown BusanPosted Sep 24, 2012 on Hotels.com
Customer service was excellent, staff was very accommodating and available in the lobby. Most staff speak some level of conversational English, as well as Japanese. Lotte Busan is located in the heart of downtown, near Sumyeon Station, the Lotte Department store is attached to the hotel. Lots of restaraunts and shopping opportunities. Only minus was that the carpets in the hallway and rooms seem very dated and old.
Good locationPosted Sep 12, 2012 on Hotels.com
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. My room had been renovated and, although my sons' room was older, it was still comfortable and clean. There are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby, in fact, there is a shopping mall underneath the hotel. The hotel restaurants are gourmet and very expensive, this is primarily a business men's hotel so it is good that there is a lot of choice outside the hotel. You can access the subway by walking underground as well. The staff were all very helpful and we did not have any problems language wise, as most spoke English. We were happy to discover that the airport limousine bus stopped at the hotel as we had a flight to Seoul.
