The bathroom shower door is only half so the water is easily leaking out, which makes the floor wet most of the time. Though the staff offered towel but it cannot be solved all the time.

The hotel is old as shown by the peeling wallpaper, dirty worn carpet and the stink in the room that remains even after a day of open windows.

Shopping. Down side to it was having no water dispenser and no microwave in the room or on the same floor as room. Kind of inconvenient to go to 11th floor withfood to be microwaved...just to say. But overall excellent

They want to nickle and dime you for anything here I shower in the morning before leaving, left to the beach and came back wanted to shower again, they said they would charge me for giving another set of towels, I've stayed at "less quality hotels" and have gotten at least free washer or soap , they make you pay for washer dryer and soap. Wouldn't recommend.

Great place to stay
This is a beautiful hotel and it is located in a great spot. There is a subway stop right outside the hotel which we used to explore the city. This hotel is 2 or 3 subway stops from the beach. One thing the incense they used in the entryway of the bedroom was not my favorite scent. Otherwise a great place to stay and I would stay here again.

Great location. Nice staffs. Corridor was old and little bit smelly, but inside the room was clean and well maintained.

The room was spacious, but bathroom was terrible due to the shower facility. It didn't have a shower booth. The shower was located in an old tub that was elevated by the two step stairs which is dangerous. Most of all, the shower curtain was so thin without attached magnet to fix the curtain. Whenever I took a shower the curtain swayed like a leaf and the water leaked all over. If I turned on the light in the shower, it made worse due to the wind though the fan. I had to turn off the light in order to prevent the movement of the curtain. I took a shower in the dark. The water still leaked. I had to wipe it and clean it. They need to replace the shower curtain or make the sealed shower booth. I'll never visit that hotel again.

We had stayed in a suite and it was so nice. There was a washer a small kitchenette. Two separate rooms. One with a king bed and one with two single beds. The place also had two bathrooms. One with a shower and bidet. The location was by the largest department store with lots of high end shops. The service was great.

The location was very convenient. Our main complaint was the lack of air conditioning. Although it was October, it was an unusually hot week, so the room was almost unbearably hot and stuffy.

Great A/C in the room, big factor for hotel stays for me. But walking out of the room to the hallway and certainly parking garage were very warm. Front desk provided 110 to 220V power adapters which was much needed as we forgot ours. Close to art museum, Shinsegae department store, green spaces. Large convention center seems to bring in international affairs. Well kept area. Free parking but spaces are tight. Cafe in lobby and convenience stores for drinks was very convenient. Room was clean and spacious with kitchen and bottled water was provided daily. Shower is open format without door or curtain so be prepared for water to get on the floor.
