Korean Air hotel excellent optionPosted Oct 27, 2013
The hotel is located between airport and Haeundae area. Mostly I stay at beach but if you want to avoid the traffic coming from and going to the airport this is excellent value hotel. Mostly used by Japanese which says something about quality. Not a prime location but close to many Korean restaurants and next to the interesting and super large spa. For breakfast I use the TomTom coffeshop which is very closeby. I will stay here more often.

Korean spa hotelPosted Sep 9, 2013
Pros: Closeness to the spa and politeness of the staff.
Cons: Korean style rooms were a little dated, but perhaps this adds to the character.
Location: Its all about the spa. There is also a fairly big park on the nearby hill.
This was the first time I've slept in a Korean style bed and on reflection I won't again but this is not the fault of the hotel. I stayed here for the spa, which is a very short walk through an air conditioned bridge into the spa building. The staff were very friendly and pleasant throughout.

Needs ImprovementPosted Sep 5, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel was dated, the furniture in the room was old, the bed squeaked, The pillows to sit on were threadbare, no in room safe, only wired Internet connection, no WIFI in rooms, and the carpet in the hallway smelled bad. Was going to stay 3 nights but after the first night I had to leave. The spa that is part of the hotel was also old and dated and information about the spa was confusing. Very Korean oriented. Not as advertised.

Look at details.Posted Sep 1, 2013 on Hotels.com
Despite reading description carefully I was faced with surprises. My special room said futon bed, but that meant a little padding that was to be put on the floor. I picked the hotel because it said it had a gym, but got there to find gym is across street and costs extra, 25 dollars a day extra. Breakfast not included and very expensive. Overall it was a nice clean large hotel. But description was not accurate. Don't know if that is hotel.coms fault or the hotels. Hotel.coms disclaimers are not helpful.

Good, but no wifi in the roomPosted Aug 14, 2013
Pros: Clean and spacious
Cons: Lack of wifi
Location: Quite far from Haeundae beach
Nice clean rooms, but you have to pay extra to use the spa and there is no wifi in the rooms. It's a good hotel if you're not concerned about wifi.

Good hotel for allPosted Jul 18, 2013
Location: Not the best location, but once on the metro it did not matter
Staff and facilities could not be faulted. Metro station 10 minute walk and taxis felt the fare was not worth it to them from the metro to the hotel.

Pleasent StayPosted Jul 12, 2013 on Hotels.com
My wife and I booked this hotel due to it's proximity to local sites. The staff was very nice and they even had a crib waiting for us in our room for our 6 month old. The food at the hotel was very good. The only downside is that most of the major amenities (hot springs, gym, etc) are in the adjacent building and a little difficult to find. I would stay here again.

connected to a beautiful hotspring!Posted Jul 8, 2013
Pros: The best part about the hotel was that, it was connected to one of Korea's largest hot spring.
The hotel was clean, comfortable, a bit small by Western standards, but comfortable for a few day short stay. The best part about the hotel was that, it was connected to one of Korea's largest hot spring. The men's hot spring facility was much bigger and nicer than the women side. My husband and nephew raved about it and went there two night in a row for $4000 won/per person (half price because we were hotel guests). The reason that the men's spa was nicer than the women's spa, we think, is because it is more catered to men on business trips. The hotel does require at least 2 transfer to get to their famous Haeundae Beach and/or other famous attractions. We would stay here again!

very convenience to surrounding metro line and restaurants. Overall, the hotel provides a very good customer service and it is a good stay over there.
