The hotel manager was extremely helpful providing very detailed things to do and how to get to the areas in Busan as a first time visitor I found this extremely helpful and made for a great visit to Busan.

The staff at this hotel are amazing. Super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. The location is right around the block from many restaurants, shops, and other retail outlets. Near the train station, making other parts of Busan easily accessible.

Staff are friendly and provided a lot of useful information for the area as well as details for equipment in the room. Hotel is traditional style which I enjoyed, but may not be for everyone. Room had underfloor heating as well as air conditioning which quickly warmed up the room (outside was 4 degrees Celsius). Bathroom was functional with shower over a step in bath and electrical bidet toilet. There's a communal dining room, with laundry facilities, microwaves, as well as hot and cold drink water dispenser, which is great

clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Convenient location for shopping and transport. Lots of eateries nearby. Disliked: room smelly. The bathroom toilet seat has cracks every time I touch my skin electric is shocking. But overall it's a great no-frills hotel

We really enjoyed our stay. The front desk use Whatsapp to send you tons of information to help with your stay. Really close to stores and restaurants also buses if you want to explore. Highly recommend this Hotel was clean and had everything you needed for your stay. Washing machine and dryer is also available which was very nice.

Good location, clean and well stocked studio room
We stayed in the studio room as we wished to cook and wash clothes during our stay. Clothes racks and chopping boards were available from the kitchen/laundry area and so we were efficiently able to cook and wash during our stay. Bed was comfortable and very large and clean towels were easily requested. Large TV with Netflix which was great. The owner of the hotel is a gem, very helpful and good English. We had post coming to us at the hotel and he advised us each day whether it had arrived or not and let us know as soon as it had been delivered. My only complaint would be how dark the rooms are. Some additional light fittings or lamps would go a long way, very little natural light gets in to the rooms.

The staff was very friendly and can communicate in english. It is located close to many food restaurant, convenience store and supermarket. However their rooms have two layouts, the one we got was the showers facing the frosted glass so its pretty awkward if you are staying with your family/friends

The highlight here is the staff. The one man in particular is probably the most helpful reception staff we have ever met. We had a good stay and would recommend this property. The cost was worth it.

Location was excellent and the staff were really friendly. The room always smelled of stale cigarette smoke which meant our clothes did too. The bed was hard and uncomfortable.

Value for money hotel with helpful staff
Hotel is convenient. Near Seomyeon station exit 7. They provide breakfast. Hotel staff are very helpful. They provide detail guides on the place of interest. With their help, we travel to Gyeongju and many other area. I booked a triple sharing. They even provide laptop in each room for our usage.

Cosy place. Convenient location. Great service.
It’s the little things that make the difference. Comfortable and homey. May be sparse but has what we need. Nice heated floors. Large spacious room. First time solo travel
The owners were so kind and friendly. They went the extra distance to give me maps of nearby vegetarian places to eat. The hotel room was a good size with the necessary amenities. It is located near the subway and with lots of eateries and street food around, I didn't feel unsafe walking around at night. The stay definitely made Busan my favourite place to visit.

A great no-frills hotel
The staff were friendly, spoke English and really made me feel welcome. I also liked the location cuz it's close to transportation and shopping. Room was huge, amenities good. Of small concern, the room could've been dusted before my arrival and I didn't care for the "no tissue in the toilet" rule. But overall it's a great no-frills hotel and I gladly recommend it when staying in Busan.

Not too clean! Molds and mildew everywhere! Used amenities, such as hair brush/comb, not a fan! After they cleaned the room, they left the window wide open, with no bug screens! Not happy! Only plus side, very helpful and friendly front desk!

It's located in the heart of Seomyun district in Busan. 7-10 min walk from the subway and lots of shopping and dining options around. The staff provided its own edition of lonely planet shopping and eating part, I tried 2 of them and I gave two thumbs up. Their breakfast is plain Korean meal you may or may not like but they also have basic toasts. If you're in Busan with tight budget, this is the place

Had an excellent stay here. Great location, Friendly, helpful staff, comfortable nice rooms with nice sized bathrooms. We received excellent recommendations on places to eat nearby and you can reserve cabs at the front desk. I would stay here again if I go back to Busan.

Great place to stay in Busan
Amazing location in the heart of Busan, near lots of shops and restaurants. The staff were super helpful, and had loads of advice (in English!) for tourists. Nice rooms with everything we needed - would recommend!

Strategic location and clean with well equipped room. The reception is very helpful in providing directions to top attractions. The hotel is located nearby plenty of restaurants therefore food choices are ample and the subway is 10minutes walking distance which was very convenient.

Front desk staff at this hotel were brilliant - nothing as too much trouble, they provide tons of useful information to get to the places we wanted to explore in Busan (invaluable for trains, buses, locations etc) and on places to eat locally. They even helpfully provided place names in Korean for me to help with taxi drivers ! Room was clean and OK, we didn't really make use of the breakfast, but overall good value for money and the fantatic welcome makes it a place worth recommending.

Queens hotel is very very good service ..neat and clean,delicious breakfast and all off staffs have service mind and kindness.Good location near by subway, Lotte Dep.&Duty Free around good tasty restaurants .. the manager is super serviced. When you have questions, you will received good answer from him immediately..highly recommended for everyone.

Strange setups in the bathroom...no hooks, no towel bars. Shampoo etc all on the floor. Basic ok breakfast. No bedside lamps. Comfortable bed. Convenient location..lots of restaurants and shopping..easy transportation. Helpful pleasant staff.
